A former friend and retired BBC worker has claimed that the television host was told that 'big name stars' and BBC staff were involved in abuse. But when she tried to get her superiors to investigate, and handed a file to senior management, no action was taken, the source claims.................

Seems that the lid on paedophile rings amongst the British establishment are slowly being prized open. Could Jill Dando's murder be linked to these investigations? Was she getting too close to the truth?

If so then it seems that there are some very powerful people involved. It makes you wonder just how high and how far this all goes. After the revelations about Jimmy Savile, who had some very powerful connections, it seems that the jailing of a few token 70s TV stars is only the tip of a very huge iceberg. One that threatens to sink many. I believe this abuse of the young and vulnerable probably goes back centuries and perhaps goes a lot higher than many dare to imagine.

It will be interesting to see how this all pans out and whether justice will ever be done.

Those powerful people would have included Jimmy saville and of course potential politicians as well as member of the house of lord's.
I do seriously wonder what happened to that Dossier.

Like those two French researchers who proved that one particular flu virus had been spliced from three different strains of virus and not just the mutation of one strain. And that splicing could only have been done in a research lab.
They were found murdered in their own apartment due to a burglary "gone wrong".

The BBC are selective about the information they post, and recently have got far more opinionated in their 'interviewing', even on the news, the whole anti British thing, bashing those that bash immigration etc.

The so called celebrities of 70's and 80's TV that have been found guilty were all known about by the BBC but it was ignored.

Now we learn that the police knew about it were involved in it, and as suspected, plenty of politicians were also involved in it, so in the UK it appears that part of the very fabric of society that is supposed to defend us has been the worst.

How can decent people thrive when a nation is rotten to the core? It just goes to show that all the evil doers have been rewarded all along as we long suspected. Throw the satanic out of the country, it's time we made the UK a good nation.

I have reported things to the police a few times and it literally was ignored.

Perhaps they were trying to do undercover research so they could 'go public' with the information or had sufficient details for forwarding it to the government or somewhere that would action their concerns because they have to and weren't being paid off or threatened.

I think the problem here is that the police were also part of the "cover-up".

Cyril Smith is one of the now deceased MPs who was part of the abuse and it seems despite the evidence it was kept quiet.

This seems to have been a cancer running right through the core of the British establishment for decades (probably centuries). Leaving anyone lower down the social scale (including middle ranking police officers) facing a wall they could not breakthrough.

Its quite obvious that both the bbc and many within the police force have actively tried to cover up these stories. I think those involved in covering up should face the same charges as those who actually committed the abuse. The only way they should be able to avoid such charges is if they speak up right now!

There should be a public announcement made via all TV channels and newspapers. It should give all those who have information two weeks to speak up, if they fail to do so then they should be charged and treated as if they had committed the abuse.

Yes they tried to pin the blame at first on a mystery serbian assassin as a revenge attack for the bombing of a TV station in belgrade by a NATO air strike. Never officially of course but that was a well fed rumor, then they framed Barry George.
The truth is this country has a long history of people in power using innocent scape goat's to cover for the wrong's of powerful or protected member's of the heirarchy.

Thanks for clarifying. I am totally with you on that one but enforcing could be a lot trickier. I suspect those that have been tried and convicted so far are the sacrificial lambs to take the heat off what has been going on for a long time and possibly still going on to this day.
