Isn't there two black boxes on planes? One is CVR cockpit voice recorder and the other FDR, flight data recorder.

I'm glad you know who shot it down. Apart from that, and frankly, it is Ukraine airspace and they did previously warn, and in fact shut down their airspace at certain lower flight levels...oops, is that a precendent?
It seems too that they had intercepts of phone calls which are in the grey area, that first off contained information, that they already knew that the rebels had at least one BUK unit, that the unit or units needed work which would soon be fixed in Russia as per those intercepts if true, before the Malaysian flight.
The Malaysian airline had requested a ceiling of 35,000 ft and Ukrainian ATC allowed a maximum ceiling of 33,000ft.
More stuff that has been reported,

Flightradar24 reported that a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200ER (Flight SQ351) and an Air India Boeing 787-8 (Flight AI113) were each about 25 km (16 mi) away from the Malaysian airliner when it disappeared. Two other aircraft within spitting distance? So who's doing what as regards responsibility? There are also a heap of termination of flights over Ukraine altogether from airlines much before the Malaysian flight, does that make Malaysian Airways culpable?

It's being reported this was a FDR flight data recorder. I suppose it could be incorrect on which black box it is.

To elaborate even further, intercepted audio by the rebel leadership refers to a Cossack team who downed the craft believing it to be a Ukrainian transport.

Cossacks are Russian.

Didn't so much hear as read it here on ATS, a lot of disinfo going so it could very well be bunk.

This reminds me of that Syrian attack, so based on a audio this proves that Russians did it? just like how an audio conversation proves that Assad was behind the Syrian chemical weapons attack?

Videos and images at the page above. Russian separatists have both received SA-11 systems from Russia as well as captured some from Ukraine forces they drove out of Torez.
