Yes I could. If anybody ever murdered someone I cared for deeply. I would gladly die in the pursuit of vengeance. Otherwise no.
How bout you?

Well as a matter of fact the Judiciary system should get him and kill him, of course if it was not an accident ! this is your right.
But hey please do not do it yourself. This is itself a murder.
However forgiveness can be better but harder.

Murder is pointless .. teach them a lesson theyll never forget

Some people are incapable of learning lessons.

Guaranteed there are ways of making sure they learn the lesson ... and that they will never forget ..
Though western society would consider such methods too brutal ..

S&F!

Outrageous question ... I am very glad you asked it ... well done!

I could easily commit genocide without hesitation for a simply good enough logical reason ok!

It doesn't even have to be a reason that I benefit from personally and directly ... just the simple logical reason is reason enough to do that!

The ends justify the means ... as long as those who use those means are willing to die for doing that and I am.

And who dishes out this "lesson" and how do we help them get over the horrors of what they've done?
You think people can just torture and kill people without it having an effect on their psyche?
Even executioners now have all manner of mental health issues and trauma... and they just flick a switch or whatever... what you're talking about would wreck a person mentally.

If by murder you mean the sole act of taking a human life, yes, i was a soldier and have taken a few lives.
If by murder you mean the act of taking a human life in a criminal manner, i probably could but that doesn't mean i that would. I never cared for killing without need.

There is nothing wrong with monsters hunting other monsters .. its completely moral ok!

And like I said in my post I am fully willing to pay the price of becoming a monster as long as .. a good simple logical reason is expressed as to why it , whatever actions need to be taken, should be done.

The ends DO justify the means AS LONG AS those who use such means are willing to die for such crimes!

I AM THAT WILLING! I'd kill all the monsters and then myself ... see not a problem!

Ask any convicted murderer If they thought they could commit murder before they actually did and I bet most would say no.
Anyone can do it anyone can snap mentally If put under enough pressure and then the fight or flee instinct comes into play.
Pre meditated? I would like to think not but If I got my hands on the people whom watched my brother drown and did nothing....I dunno.

I don't think i could murder someone taking a life is huge its not up to me to do that, if in a situation where i had too kill or be killed or have them hurt or take the life of someone i love then i would kill, that is self defense though i wouldn't have a choice and it is legal if self defence too right? But if say someone i love was killed by someone and i got them in a spot where i had the chance i don't think i would, i however would torture them and make them wish they were dead though so maybe that makes me sound even crazier but id want them to suffer however phsycial pain is nothing to mental and emotional pain, physical pain for them can't compete with the mental anguish of losing someone you love and care for deeply so they wouldn't suffer like you would be i would still do it though, but i don't think i could actually just take a life without a hell of a good reason. Anyway if my life isnt in immediate danger or the life of someone i love and care for deeply like my family then i don't think i could.. Hope that makes sense!! :/ this is thought provoking though i hadn't really asked myself this before honestly!

Crime of passion...certainly, blinded by emotion, not sufficient time to think it through.

Malice aforethought...no.

But I guess that would depend on the level of threat the individual posed to myself and those I cherish.

I couldn't murder in revenge.

Being a soldier? That's somehow excusable?

Don't you realize that if everybody abstained from our politicians wars the wars would be over? You can't just kill someone someone else on a whim (orders) and be absolved.

We may be animals but in all but the insane the conscience is developed well enough to say no to murder, unless personally threatened(or family). A soldier chooses to put themselves in a position of being threated and is therefore guilty of murder not self defense. It's an evil choice.

Anyone can be made to do ANYTHING given the right set of circumstances.

Most people don't want to admit their potential to commit evil acts, though, so many will deny something like their capacity to commit murder.

No. I could not.
Maybe if I was defending myself or a loved one, in a state of panic I would.

I can't even look at or touch a dead body.
I most certainly could not do it pre-meditated, or conspire to.

I'd rather let my enemy suffer than have swift punishment
