Michael Schumacher out of coma and has left Hospital

There's not a lot of detail but the family of Michael Schumacher has released a statement to say he is out of hospital and at an undisclosed location to continue his rehabilitation.

F1 champion Michael Schumacher has left hospital in Grenoble and is no longer in a coma, his family says. The 45-year-old German will continue his rehabilitation at an undisclosed location, they said in a statement.

This is positive news and I hope he is well enough to watch the Germany vs Portugal game later today

Alas, there's nothing yet to indicate Michael is anywhere close to watching soccer.

This is great news, he is an awesome driver and had done more for F1 than anyone else.

I hope he can still make a full recovery.

Incredible developments, it's taken him this long to get this far, and the struggle has only just begun. At least he is out of immediate danger, and hopefully he can make steady progress in his rehabilitation. His level of fitness played a huge role in his fight, and I believe it's one of the main reasons he is still here.
