Mass shootings new phenomenon but an old old problem.

Time and time again I see people here blame the mentally ill for all these mass shootings well here is an interesting statistic according to the Spiritual Science Research Foundation 90 percent of the root causes of these killings are spiritual reasons and psychological root causes are only ten percent so its the spiritually ill not mentally ill people doing most of the killing and here is the problem modern psychiatry cannot diagnose,treat nor cure spiritual problems,if you have a spiritual problem you will be classified as bipolar, schizophrenic or as having some other disorder science acknowledges.

What could turn a meek retard with an iq in the 60's Martin Bryant into a killer who with 64 bullets killed 35 people including 19 in a cafe with a single head shot each firing from the right hip in 20 seconds flat,injure 22 more and cripple 2 cars.Officialdom will tell you of his psychiatric history but not mention his favorite movie Childs Play where Chucky a lifeless doll comes to life via a demon and goes on a murder spree nor his hatred of wasps-White anglo saxon protestants.

Why would a promising science student decide to dye his hair orange and kill 12 and injure 58 in a theatre well look into that case and there are bizarre phone calls with gutteral voices and moans also there is the Joker effect did that kill Heath Ledger?.Reverend Dwight Longmaker may have the answer demonic possession,he explains there are three steps to possession 1.temptation to do evil,2.obsession to do evil and 3.infestation,he believes James Holmes was possessed.

Many other mass killings give clues as to this good versus evil link for example Klebold and Harris had a profound hatred of Christians.

So screening for spiritual sickness as well as mental illness is necessary if not the killings will continue.

Not every "crazy" act is done by a "crazy" person. Case in point, the Moncton shooter that was just arrested in Canada last week has had his first court appearance. Neither the prosecution or defense is requesting a psychiatric assessment because neither think it is needed. The Judge asked why and was satisfied with the answer.

Yes they are mentally ill there is a psychological component but there is also the fact that for all of written human history good and evil has been reported by all major religions to deny that there is spiritual affliction and possession is where modern science is at,and where its at may be completely incorrect.

Just like for all of written human history it has also been reported that some are treated like garbage, enslaved, ostracized, tortured, abused, exploited, and given no dignity at all. THAT creates mental illness, and people go "postal."

Yep! It happens. It is society's fault. Civilization's fault. There's no reason to bring 'spirituality' and 'possession' into it, unless you are wanting to force religion on people in order to "make them moral."

Some people are nuts. Plain and simple. Some have no capacity for empathy - and those are the ones who enslave, exploit, ignore, abuse, torture, mistreat, and disregard others. It's something we can fix WITHOUT "exorcisms" - by treating others with dignity and respect, or alternatively, recognizing that their behavior is 'off' or anti-social or hostile -
and figure out why.

When people are drowning in a river, it's not enough to say "well, they're demon possessed", and simply haul them out and utter rituals over them. No - we have to find out WHY they are in the river to begin with. It's because OTHERS are upstream throwing them off a bridge. Fix what the OTHERS are doing. STOP disenfranchising/ignoring others, and the problem 'miraculously' goes away!

If people show early signs of future trouble (bed-wetting, fire-setting, animal-torture), they need ATTENTION. If they are injured psychologically by their peers or community, they get beyond frustration. If their parents/caregivers give them NO ATTENTION as babies, they can become Kazinskis.

Psychology DOES have answers. Psychiatry IS learning to read brain scans and treat certain disorders.

I know there is evil in the world ...evil spirits ... and they can influence people. But the '90 percent' figure put out by this place is bogus. They have no accurate way to know that. And people do get mentally ill without the help of demons causing it.

100 years ago if you had schizophrenia which I have you were strapped to a chair with a hole cut into it for bodily functions and left for dead,today they have drugs that will keep you relatively sane but wont stop visual and auditory hallucinations,they may give you extra protection against a psychotic break but they certainly have no cure after 16 years in my case.

I was like you but when a womens eyes blacked over and she spoke to me with a male voice I became aware such things do exist.I also believe that Preachers and Pastors have no solution to these problems never have,never will in fact in many cases they make things worse and in many cases peddle evil spirits themselves.Yes society does create monsters with movies,music and multimedia we are the first civilisation recording and promoting mental illness for posterity.



There is a war on this planet and good is losing in the western world because evil is no longer acknowledged to exist there is hope however Buddhism for instance knows more about psychology than any professor at Stanford and they still acknowledge the spiritual.The answer is not all science,neither is it all religion its in the middle somewhere.

It is not "movies, music, and multimedia" that creates monsters - it is neurobiological anomalies, brain injury, and/or childhood (or even adult) neglect/abuse. I'm coming at this from the opposite end of the spectrum - it's unfortunate that you suffer from schizophrenia, but I have to say: that fact sort of negates your 'blacked-over eyes woman' credibility, doesn't it?

However, if I ever run into a demon, I will happily redact my statements and change my stance. So far? I've seen no demons, neither as spectres or possessing humans - though I have known bad and insane people.

How does one propose to screen for spiritual sickness and wouldn't the demon possessing the victim be able to hide from the screening process if its able to possess a person then it would overcome human attempts to expose it wouldn't it?

like I said, if I ever come across one, I will humbly retract my stance. I was only pointing out that immediately after you said you suffered from auditory and visual hallucinations, you mentioned this event.

I totally agree with you on that point. Buddhism, a system far older than 'Christianity', makes the most sense (to me).
It's just hard for Westerners to wrap their heads around. (It took me about 2 years to grasp the concepts.) We absolutely don't have all the answers yet.
And we most likely/probably won't, until we die.
