When the movie "Inception" came out in 2010 it was amazing . I did not get a chance to watch it until about 2011 . From the moment I watched this film I was hooked on the idea of what they were doing in this Movie. After more research I found Lucid Dreaming and after learning of it I managed to have a couple of lucid dreams which were great but they would be weeks apart sometimes months apart.

So It got me thinking what If we could do Inception and I researched more and then more and the reality of it was Nobody had done it.

So after a couple of years more on constantly researching and thinking I came up with a theory and It might actually work

SLEEP PARALYSES IS KEY!

So to induce it normally you would need to do a WILD which is great but takes to long and is scary for a lot of people . In the last couple of weeks a development was made where people were able to send a shock into peoples body that made them realize that they were dreaming .

All you have to do is do the same but with sleep paralysis .

Find a way to induce sleep paralysis easily and quickly then think of a dream scene and BAM!!
Your in a dream

You believe you know how to recreate the completely vivid dream experience shown in the movie Inception but you have no proof.

I have had lucid dreams without sleep paralysis, I also remember no dreams when having the aforementioned sleeping state...

No. Not facepalm. Lucid dreaming is awesome. If you don't know what it is, don't get hurt by smacking your head and ignoring it. Look it up. This guy might be on to something with this method, too.

Lucid dreaming was easy for me. Make a habit of observing your surroundings and asking yourself "Is this a dream?" Once you make a habit of doing this, you will find yourself doing it in dreams. The hard part is not waking up when you realize you are in a dream. Melatonin helps.

Inception is possible and people do it already. I personally have done it.

To induce sleep paralysis you have to meditate. You shut down all the thoughts in your mind and focus on your breath. Eventually your body will fall asleep. The key is to keep your mind awake while your body is asleep.

This is also the gate way to astral projection, OBE's, lucid dreams etc. It is the gateway to the lighter density reality which creates this reality. This is the reality your soul goes when you die.

To do inception when you are in a lucid dream, OBE, WILD, whatever you want to call it... just think of the person you want to hang out with. They will show up. The hard part is bringing any information back to physical reality.

Research astral projection if your interested, there are a ton of methods out there to try.

Also don't worry about the skeptics, their loss, i don't even try to address them anymore.

Good luck out there, keep an open mind.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Inception is influencing another's mind while in a dream state, no?

I experimented heavily with astral projection ( not to mention drugs lol) when I was young... Not the same thing as "inception".

Again, lucid dreaming and "inception" are 2 totally different things.

Hence: facepalm

I thought inception was entering another persons dream, or unconscious mind through your own dream state, and extracting information from their mind.

I don't think you have to actually influence their mind, although that is very possible as well.

not exactly. It's same area of consciousness we are exploring here. Whether your luicid dreaming, astral projecting, astral projecting from a lucid dream, having and OBE, regular dreaming, or just straight up dead, same realm.

Just doing different things in that realm. And we have this one to come back to.

They aren't much different. In lucid dreaming, you control your dreams and it feels like real life. In the movie inception, they controlled their dreams and it felt like real life.

No one else is in your lucid dreams. They are all internal constructs without others participating. Huge difference.

Influence someone and be able to duplicate the experience and I will be all ears.

Until then *facepalm*

*sigh*

No one else is involved in your "realm". No one else has input, feedback, nor influence, nor can you influence anyone else as you astral project.

Hence... No inception

Extracting information from a mind that does not wish to divulge it takes some form of influence.

Are you saying you can enter other's dreams and extract information?

Oh, and in the movie he alters the main targets direction in life. Influence. Perhaps you should watch again... That was inception.

OP:

Are you relating "inception" and lucid dreaming because of the similarities of each of being able to control your dream while feeling like real life, or are you relating "inception" and lucid dreaming with those similarities along with you believing that in a lucid dream, other people can enter the dream with you?

You can't do any of this in reality.

I assumed he meant inception as in from the movie. If I am wrong then I may have to take back much of what I have said.... That is way too many hits on the delete key!!!! Lol

Yes others are present in the lighter density realms. And yes input, feedback, and influence are all very possible as you astral project. It depends what level your at but if you have a strong enough consciousness you definitely can do all those things plus much much more.

Your letting your mind limit yourself.
