im no conspiracy supporter but i've yet to find a reasonable answer for these questions:

1. bin laden originally denies involvment. why?
2. weird looking bin laden on www.whatreallyhappened.com

the only reason i can think of is of fear of retaliation, but all other attacks from him are glady admitted. wouldn't he be proud of it?

As far as your questions, Bin Laden denied involvement cause he knew he had nothing to to with it.

Bin Laden looks weird on the tapes cause the producers are using a body double. I doubt that guy in the last video stands 6ft6in.
