Ahh ok had wondered .. thought sue lin went m.i.a .. no worries can work in the bit now .. looking over it .. it will still fit ok as its a minor side episode .. rather than main plot ..

Have a feeling ryujin may end up driving poor sue-lin mental .. he is trying to get her to learn to think beyond the surface ..

Actually it worked out ok .. as it explained more why ryujin was out walking when he found and buried jackson .. looks like tied up a loose end ..

Already knew she would .. it would have been unlike her to fully understand the meanings behind what ryujin told her .. she currently is too limited by her western thinking .. she is/was a product of brainwashing .. whether or not that can be undone remains to be seen ..

The question really is, who is brainwashed by training. Ryujin is as much, possibly more, brainwashed than the rest of humanity. It is just a different kind of brainwashing that starts at birth.

Remember, her first 10 years were under his system not the West's.

A very corrupted version of it .. further on those behind that will be dealt with .. and made to pay for what they did .. in later chapters ryujin will probably confuse sue lin more when he starts doing things to help the survivors .. for now after his walk he will have found an empty bunker and returned home till later chapters ..

We have a choice to either follow the others or wait here. We can allow these two to continue working together, separate from the main story, for now. I think in reality, they would both wait rather than following those that seem to have reacted to the situation.

I have studied both, with the benefits and the hindrances of one looking from the outside. I see more similarities than differences but we are going to get very philosophical. Could bring a different level to this story if you want to continue the discussion. I find it gratifying to be able to discuss those differences, between West and East.

Both are subject to their own formation.

Ryujin is going to be waiting at home as he is also tending to other matters and being kept updated on the situation in his homecountry .. more or less he stayed to help when he could have returned home to help with the rebuilding there .. he may yet return home ..

Over time the discussions will continue between them .. probably fit in as fillers between chapters or when thing arent falling apart around everyones ears ..

I'm back! Sorry... took a long nap.

In and out at moment .. monitoring a patient had a couple show up with the woman in early labor stages so will be in and out for awhile ..

Now the pace seems to have really picked up!!! Phoenix was there anything really advanced about the rifles you had brought in from the apc's? Other than maybe the scope? Wanted to be one of the ones who would take one and I'm too lazy to back and find the actual post they were mentioned in.

It is based on this Archangel rifle with a further two decades of development. Enjoy the weapon. Remember your group has only one of these although I am sure that Dorian may have had a few, but probs in a lower caliber. A real survivalist would use a .308 caliber or similar, one that they could continue to get ammo for.

The .308 caliber is good for 750 yards, the one that you character has is good out to 1,200 yards but you only have 200 rounds of ammo, although really, one shot, one death, you can take out 200 hostiles. Seems reasonable.

Let us know if it is a girl or boy, and tell the mum that there are people all over the world waiting to hear the good news. If we had a name we could incorporate that little baby into our story. Tell the parents, "Congratulations!" um, after the birth, not during, women seem to dislike that process due to the pain levels, on the other hand, mother nature seems to know how to make them forget the pain very shortly after.

Well, that has been my experience as a Father watching all three of my sons being born.

Cool I am going to read up on it! Although I am thinking about throwing a old school flint lock in my dads "collection" for me to grab. No need to load casings, just need a lead source a bullet mold and some black powder For long term it is much more substainable fire arm. Except for the flint that is lol.
