Depends. If it is a recurring problem they've seen before, that means another redesign. They could be looking at months minimum.

Problem with a flighsuit for pilot? may be for very high altitude like the U2 flightsuit?

If there is a problem with the prototype, its not good news for NG if Boeing/Lockmart bird is in flight with no problem.

Changing of the flight suit as in, the pilots just had an "accident" in theirs because of what the jet just did in flight testing and now their flight suits smell a little funny.

As much as it hurts, I'm sure they have some tricks up their sleeve in the unmanned market that will help to make up for it. With the X-47B being so far along I wouldn't be surprised if they don't team up with whoever wins the UCLASS, if they manage not to win that.

Don't know if this is kind of a silly question but... why exactly is this being kept so secret for a plane that will be white/grey within probably a couple of years if not sooner. Though I guess for probably (?) a similar-ish plane, the B2 was also kept extremely secret while in development.

Because this way they can test the technology without anyone knowing about it, and then can keep it hidden without risk of exposure. Some of the tech that's going to be on this bird will blow you away if it were to get out. This way, no one finds out about it.
