There has been for many decades.

Can the weather be controlled

NO, on a small scale yes manipulation can maybe/maybe not work due to how meteorology works, its too fluid to have any guarantees that if you do this this will happen.

Cloud seeding to manipulate a certain area can work while the next day or the previous day even a few hours before or later wouldn't.

But weather manipulation like conspiracy theorists like to drool over like changing the direction of a hurricane is quite out there.

No. Have you? has anyone on the chemtrail side done that? They are the ones making claims - its up to them to present some evidence, not for me to disprove.

What would that do?

How would that indicate planes are spraying something?

Don't believe, inform yourself.

If YouTube and videos are your thing,

there are many that try to inform how the weather works,

there are many videos that try to inform how a planes engines work.

Like I said there is a whole lot of info out there, too much so that its just easier to believe something that maybe one has a bias towards.

Conspiracy minded people like myself that initially hear about chemtrails and how many YouTube videos like to push the ideas are convincing at first.

Its best not to believe even if you are convinced at first, its best to try and see all sides and what others have to say that maybe oppose ideas put forth by YouTube videos pushing the chemtrail conspiracy.

Eventually you will see there is way more info with facts that can checked over and over via educational means that go against the chemtrail conspiracy,

as opposed to a lot of speculation and mixtures of part truth which is a great technique to convince a person who may not have as much knowledge about meteorology and aviation engineering to believe what certain youtube videos or certain sites are pushing about chemtrails.

The rain water you mentioned is in so many videos, increased aluminum and what not.

Its requires you not to ask how can we say it comes from planes and not another source that could be ground based.

The chemtrail conpiracy once you wrap your head around the whole big picture requires believers not to be able to think critically and not ask some very simple questions.

One such question is what plane can hold enough substance to create a line in the sky 100s of Km long?

If they presented them to you.... you would say they are lying. It is in the vid I provided.

It matters not what is presented, if rain water has an increase how are the ones presenting that proving its from spraying aluminum out the back of airplanes?

These are the simple questions that these videos and sites don't want you to even consider and believe because they show an increase it has to be from where they claim.

Why cant it be from other forms of pollutants that are ground based ?
