Made me smile. Hope it does you as well.

Watch the incredible transformation of a goat who wouldn’t eat or move from his stall…until he was reunited with his best friend Jellybean.

Awesome! It's pretty obvious to me that animals are people too, this only proves it. Thanks for posting, S&F!

Why do I get all teary eyed over dumb animals displaying emotions? Maybe I'm just a pussy.

I got all choked up! So sweet. And so many people often say "It's 'just' an animal". They are deeply feeling creatures just like we are.

I had a pet goat named Wilba. That was the sound she made. I used to take her to the beach. She was like a dog. She got hit by a car and got a horn knocked off. Then a dog took her ears off. She had real character. Great animal.

Shows that animals are more civilized than humans in some ways.

Tears. So sweet. We need more of this on ATS to remind us that we are all one.

Thank you.

This should be all the evidence that scientists need to prove that some animals have deeply complex emotions. But they will continue going on with the stupid experiments which prove nothing at the end of the day.

Low blow sir/maam, you have hit me in the animal spot.
If you ever need to get my attention, involve pretty much anything 4 legged as I believe they are almost always better than us and we are simply not worthy of their excellence and company.
These 2 from different species do not care about the chasm that separates them, they just want to be bestest buddies.
This is a hard thing to find in the lesser 2 legged types.
On a similar note... My older male dog will not eat until his Momma gets home, he pines for her.
When she comes home it is rejoice! then to the food bowl, chomp chomp chomp.

That was an very moving video. And it only help re-establish (at least in me), that we are more linked to and dependent on each other (yep, animals too).

When I was younger I tried experiments with animals and their powers of reasoning and emotions. I was never bored with the results as the surprise factor in any of the equations always baffled me. The closer I studied animals, the more I liked them over people I dealt with daily.

I have had a good many 4-legged friends versus a small handful of real 'human[ friends....

Brought tears to my eyes and thoroughly cheered me up, animals and humans at their very best. S&F for love.

Couldn't agree more g.

The 2 legged species could learn much from our 4 legged friends.

I knew it would make me cry, lol! Beautiful..no other words.

The bond animals share with each other are just as valuable and gratifying as the bond between humans.

Thanks for sharing this, and I'm so glad the BFF's have been reunited.
