You are going to need to download tor to access the deep web. Be careful. It's scary down there.

It would seem to me however, that if you really wanted to leak documents, recordings, etc. anonymously that might be where you would start./quote]
And you'd be wrong 'cause many governments or shady people manipulate the exit nodes (to find you). Not to mention deep inspections packets.

What is the difference between what you call 'illegal' black web or whatever and the thousands upon thousands of illegal torrent, music and movie trading sites?
The U.S. government is spying on its own citizens' online activities. The FBI was able to suss out and shut down the anonymous black market Silk Road. Even the Internet-within-the-Internet called the Tor network and attach personal IP's to all those who use it. -- the most secretive way to browse the Web -- is being monitored by the National Security Agency.
It is simply amazing how people here are so naive they don't understand they track your silly butts every single time you access Tor and can link you with illegal anything when ever they want-your tracks there never go away! You can thank your weasel Snowden for that. Remember you don't have to download child pornography to spend the rest of your life in prison-just access it-and once you do your guilty and that proof of guilt NEVER goes away.
As Warren Buffett once said, "whatever course of action you follow, be sure you can stomach it on the front page of your local newspaper."
