Part of the point in this is, all throughout the examples on that site, there are different methods and styles of obscuring presidential SSNs. Yet now, Barack Obama's tax return elicits this nonsensical concern.

118 tax returns on the page I linked. Not a single one of them reveals a person's SSN.

Guilty, into proven innocent. IE, presentments by grand jury to a criminal court. They can form at whim by the way, all they need is suspicion of wrong doing.

Well here's what was missing.

The case wasn't asking Obama to prove anything.

The case was directed to show the SS application for somebody named Bounel, implying that Obama is using the same SS#.

Nothing was demanding records or applications from anybody named Obama.

And the case went off on dozens of tangents.

That's what made this one (of many) a red herring.

Now everybody thinks Obama's SS# (whatever it really is) is genuine and not a cubic zirconia.

Brilliant psy-ops to hide whatever it is Obama is hiding.
