Does his Corrupt Stupidity Never End?
Is E. Holder So Afraid of American Citizen's that he has to try and order banks
to stop doing business with the owner's of small private business he does not approve of.
Who's the Criminal here?

Operation Choke Point also targets other legal businesses for political reasons

Yes, it's called Operation Choke Point, but of-course like Fast & Furious, He'll Deny knowing anything about it.

For the past several months, the U.S. Department of Justice has been pressuring banks to refuse service to businesses the DOJ is targeting politically, such as gun stores, in a program entitled Operation Choke Point.

Under the program, the DOJ, headed by Attorney General Eric Holder, is attempting to shut down various legal businesses, including firearm dealers, dating services, purveyors of drug paraphernalia and pornography distributors, by coercing financial institutions to close the bank and merchant accounts associated with these businesses.

BankUnited finally gave them a reason some time later.
“This letter in no way reflects any derogatory reasons for such action on your behalf, but rather one of industry,” wrote branch manager Ricardo Garcia. “Unfortunately your company’s line of business is not commensurate with the industries we work with.”
And it isn’t just gun stores that the Justice Dept. is targeting.

OH, He has attacked Porn Stars Too, Can you imagine that, What does Slick Willie think About That?
Why, Their over 18 years old, why attack their banks accounts?

Last week, Xbiz, a news outlet pertaining to adult entertainment, reported that Chase Bank was sending out letters to hundreds of porn stars notifying them that their accounts would be terminated.
“I got a letter and it was like please cancel all transactions, please fix your automatic pay account and make sure everything’s taken care of by May 11,” actress Teagan Presley told Xbiz. “I called them and they told me that because I am, I guess, public and am recognizable in the adult business, they’re closing my account.”
“Even though I don’t use my account, it’s my personal account that I’ve had since I was 18, when it was Washington Mutual before Chase bought them out.”
And when Presley went to Bank of America to open a new account, the bank also turned her away.

This is just Not Right, What? We Live In A Puritan Society? We have Religious Fanatic's running the D O J.
I Know He's An Anti Gun Nut, He's Afraid of an Armed America!
Here for your reading enjoyment.

Good to see we've come so far from the days of banks refusing to deal with black people.

My, how times have changed.

Guess it's time to go back to money orders.

"firearm dealers, dating services, purveyors of drug paraphernalia and pornography distributors"

Good luck with that. Those are some of the largest-profitable industries in the world...and organized crime has their hands deep into them.

Those businesses wont be going away....too much $$$$

All part of pulling in the reigns of freedom in the name of the Oligarchy.....
if you think they'll just pack up and leave Washington without a fight to the death....then think again.....
These goons will just keep choking the life out of LIBERTY.

Last line of the article states the goal of shutting down these businesses completely.....
Don't they realise what a huge mistake another prohibition era would be?
It would enrich an already bloated underworld class that is too powerful as we speak.....perhaps that's the plan.........
Its already been shown the DOJ was in bed with the Sinaloa Cartel....

What the hell are they thinking??? Sure the porn and drug stuff might appeal to evangelical voters and such, but the gun thing is just going to piss them off. On the other side most of the left leaning people I know support freedoms when it comes to drugs, sex, porn.. so its going to piss some of them off as well.

All in all this seems like a net loss of Dem votes, something bigger must be in the works. Something that will matter before elections.

Muslim association with POTUS? Naaaaaaaaaaaa he would never be involved with the brotherhood, or supplying Al Queda with arms. Just wouldn't do it. The emails are lies, and those whistleblowers are being rounded up right now. They can't divulge secrets it's illegal. I have assurances from Eric Holder, pure as the driven snow, totally trustworthy.
Without question. Golden.

I'm lost here. Can anyone go to the AG's office and say, "I do not like what X does" and then the IRS and the Banks will start to attack them? Or is it just certain people can go and get this benefit?

Doesn't the Banking group support the US Military and don't they buy guns? What about the companies that make guns for the military?

The banks loan to whom they want and there is no recourse and so be it, but to prevent someone from using the Federal Reserve Note storage system mandated by the US government and the Fed seems to be a denial of "human rights." The government demands every US citizen use Fed Notes, or the electronic equivalent, to do their transactions. To demand that said banks deny some, not all, but some people the ability to access that system is something beyond hypocritical it would seem to me.

That whole free nation and Constitution thing is kinda lost on him, huh?

Then again, he did outright say people needed brainwashing to change the national attitude on guns. Of course...if your position has no merit to win on? Manipulation and force by any means necessary works too. The (new) American way, it seems.

It's a fresh new day for a bright new Amerika, Comrades. We must embrace the People's Vision! (or write it off as a sick hallucination...I'm still out on that. -grin- )

Thank You One and All, You Know, It's Still Holder doing the biding of his Master.
He's not smart enough to think on his own.

Stymied by Congress in his gun control efforts, President Obama told a group of big-city mayors Tuesday that he would take more executive actions to reduce gun violence.
The closed-door meeting at the White House included Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., who discussed “strategies to reduce youth violence,” the White House said in a statement.
Mr. Obama “vowed to continue doing everything in his power to combat gun violence through executive action and to press Congress to pass common-sense reforms like expanding the background check system and cracking down on gun trafficking,” the White House said in a statement.

Now you need to know, obama and his thug holder are talking to a group of newly elected city mayors, their setting there with obama and holder all starry eyed and to be in the presence of their Dear Leader, I Bet The Pissed Themselves!
These are the Mayor's you need to Vote OUT!

Among those attending the session were Mayor Cory Booker of Newark, N.J., a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate; Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter; Washington, D.C., Mayor Vincent Gray; New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu; Mayor Jean Quan of Oakland, Calif.; Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Mayor Sly James of Kansas City, Mo.; Mayor Molly Ward of Hampton, Va., and Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed.

So E. Holder, The King Rat is just doing his best to please his Master by making some ones life miserable.

If this is actually true then bitcoins are still looking good.

Not many know that Holder got his start under the Reagan administration. I do believe he holds much more power than Barry.

Most of the names we see and have seen in the top rungs of power under Clinton, Bush and Obama aren't just professional bureaucrats or staffers. They are professional Presidential ones with history, as you note, back to Reagan and Carter and Nixon. It's amazing to look at the names then, compare to the names now and realize..these aren't relatives. They are the SAME men. (gasp)

We elect cheerleaders. The offense remains in place with minor changes, no matter who takes the boss's office every 4 years it seems.

That video says it all, doesn't it.
You know, Never mind the oath he took to enforce the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Never mind being a public servant for the American people and doing the will of the American people.
But, instead, trying to Force the will of the American People to Bend to your way of Thinking!
You Need To Be Fired!

I work in the legal cannabis industry (paraphernalia) and these tatics are nothing new.

Every payment gateway has it in their TOC against paraphernalia, what's adding another 'mark' to that list and closing down tens of small businesses.

When I shut down my old business account and tried to open a new one I was denied because some of my doings involve firearms. They called it high risk?

I don't use lines of credit or loans??? What's the risk???

No gun stores
No precious metals or broker businesses
No pawn shops

I have SEVERAL accounts with them and have done business there around 9 years. Teed me off.

They stated this as a new policy. (Roughly a year ago)

I was thinking the same thing. It just seems so surreal, gun control combined with the additional items like porn (which I could care less if it goes away), it begins to have a religious, or specific ideology driving it. This operation choke point is where my problem is, this is once again a complete departure from our constitution, geez and Im not really a crazed constitution guy. Plotting to affect the lives (negatively) of your own citizens is just way out of hand.

What is next, when will our congress DO SOMETHING? what is going on here?

Do what the controlling central authority says, or else.
Behave according to the dictates of the controlling central authority, or else.

But other than that, you're free.

Have a nice day.
