Why hasn't the media stated, unequivocally, that Bundy is guilty and laid out the facts?

I wish I knew what was behind the land grab. Chinese solar farms might account for some of it, but when you factor in the recent ones in Texas and Colorado, Agenda 21 seems like a better reason.

Okay, question here...

I've been doing some reading [oh no] and I came across some people's remarks that claim technically, the government is NOT allowed to seize land other than for Military purposes or monuments, etc. as is stated in the Constitution

----Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17----

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;--

So, if this is no longer in standing, when did the gov. change this clause?

This situation is not about Eminent Domain, which is another tactic to gain property that gets abused by the gov.

I completely understand what you are saying Butcher. Yesterday, in a thread, I posted some articles with vids of upstanding well respected African Americans who are supporting Bundy. They didn't think he was being racist. Yet immediately, they were torn apart in the thread as being Uncle Toms, and boot licking conservatives.

I was shocked, and left the thread it got so ugly.

Drone strike on US civilians? No way they're going to play their trump card so early. Sure, they use them for surveillance but will not use their weapons systems. They're saving that for the big one if it ever happens. You say our drone pilots wouldn't use them on their fellow Americans? True, but how hard would it be to employ people from other countries would could care less and just want to make a buck? Even Homeland Scrutiny is being outsourced, just like everything else.
