A treasure trove of old news vids-British Pathé on YT

So the entire archive of over 80 000 old news videos has just been uploaded to YT by British Pathé.
It goes back to the 1890's and is full of little gems of historical footage,-Well worth a look IMO.

Thank you for reminding me of that name.

I used to have the site page bookmarked then lost it and forgot what it was called.

The site www.britishpathe.com... was something I enjoyed a lot before I lost my bookmarks.

I have been on the channel for a short while,and I am addicted-Its amazing how non-PC the UK news was in those days-fascinating and truly weird when compared to todays news.

Check out "worlds fattest baby" and "the strangest school in the world"not to mention "Unusual Wedding - 3 foot Man marries 6 foot actress"

Unreal..the dramatic background music and stiff upper lipped Brit voice over tops its all off.
