How was it not more fair?
There were limited laws, and the laws in place did not take from some to give to others.
Taxes were there to fund the Govt, and pay for the Civil War. Not social justice.

As that is stated, there are states moving for a Constitutional Convention, States are looking to kick out the Fed Govt in regards to firearms and land, the tax revolt is gaining steam and people are standing up for themselves.
