The fog is rolling in where I live
Hope it clears up for you by eclipse time

Hopefully the fog dissipates otherwise I'll be watching one of the live streams.

Just went outside to check things out and its total cloud cover.

Rain is forecast for all day tomorrow so I have no chance of seeing this in the sky.
Looks like I'll be viewing it by remote. May as well just Google a photo of a blood moon.

It cleared up here, now I may be able to see the eclipse....if I can stay up that late. I can always use the method I used long ago to stay up late....start drinking. The problem with that is I will probably forget to watch it.

Same thing here, trying to stay positive there will be a break in the cloud cover later. My telescope is all set up and ready just in case it clears up otherwise I'll be watching the live feeds.

Thanks jennyfrenzy!

Right now, the way the skies look, i don't think they can get any clearer.

I'm just gonna chill on the back deck with a couple of Beverages and some quinoa burgers and scope this thing out

The bummer of the situation is! I am literally looking, right now, at some sort of dark cloudy front moving in

Unbelievable.......hopefully tonight holds out for me, but tomorrow is looking questionable....

Sitting in my yard right now and the moon looks fantastic.

Arizona is great for sky watching

We might be in the same boat. Kinda sad about it too. Is the sky where you live clearing up? Last night it was a beautiful clear sky, not a cloud in sight. Why does this always have to happen??

You all enjoy; cloud cover so thick here you can't even see moonlight.

I guess it's on to live coverage.

There's a Chinook rolling in over here in Calgary.. Sucks, last night was crystal clear...
Chilling up in the North end of the city with some friends, waiting for this eclipse.

Can still see the moon though the clouds though. Looks full, if not really close... I'll keep posted if I see anything.

*Edit every lunar eclipse is a full moon durp*

Sweet, the clouds moved away, and it's starting! I can see the left side starting to fade.

It's remained miraculously clear here for me in Tampa Bay Area, FL despite a cloudy forecast!
I've got a pre shot of the full moon in all it's glory, a penumbra shot from a little bit ago (though technically may be an umbra shot, need to check the time stamp) I'll continue to take shots a few times an hour while I can and post later on.

The cherry on top tonight is that my kindergartener saw their first meteor while I was out getting a picture a bit ago. Talk about a stoked kid

You can start to see the color change with the naked eye and definitely thru the scope.

Keep your eyes on the road please have we three more if you miss this one.
