Without reference to one of the earliest guesses
, is it a device used in a plunging manner for compacting or mashing?

Nope. It isn't really sturdy enough to take on the heavy duty tasks.

I`ve seen those before. These are one of them multi-purpose tools that you can use as an erotic orfice-pleaser, scarf-stand, hat-stand, pepper and salt cruncher, glove-hanger and a few other things. There was this salesman demonstrating the different uses, I forget all of them. Case solved.

Right, and after demonstrating the orfice-thing, the salesman also showed how it is used as a head-scarf roller, coat-hanger, clothes-hanger, bracelet-hanger, necklace-hanger, tie-hanger, fly-hanger and so many other lovely things...

All right smarty pants! You got it (sort of) with bracelet hanger. Since you covered all the bases, I think you take the cake. I will post a pic of it in action in just a moment. In the meantime, I hope you have a good "what-is-it" pic to post, cuz you're up!

ETA -

My little girls are always wearing their hair ties around their wrists (as bracelets), and the man offered to make a stand to keep them all in one place. I was a little troubled when I first saw the look of it. Usually though, all of their hair ties go up to the top, and I think nothing of the design anymore.

Bwahahaha! I agree, but having them there helps the girls see the colors better. Believe me, we have boxes and boxes full of hair accessories. Both of the girls had waist length hair until one recently got hers chopped.

Well that gave me a few ideas about where to store the hair bands my 'staff' have at the brothel i own.

Did i say brothel i meant honest and authentic gentleman's club with girls.

That's a difficult one. Hopefully there's internet

A sight restorer

A late 19th century gadget that proclaims to increase your vision. All you have to do is apply the two cups against the eyes, press the central air puffer and the resulting massage would do the trick. The instructions also suggest that no excessive drinking or eating and plenty of sleep should occur at the same time as the treatment.

Yes of course...could it be anything other than a sight-restorer?

Being able to image-search on the Internet ruins the whole game.
