Makes sense.

But still doesn't explain the zero Republican votes for the original PPACA law.

Puzzling indeed.

The Republicans have been playing to like 22% of their voting base with the repeal shenanigans. After the elections, they will get on board with ACA, then try to take credit for it 20 years down the road. We citizens know what is going on and it is like watching a game of chess. I don't care as long as we don't go back to the old system.

Who wants to take credit for forcing a majority of people to do things they don't want to do?

It's nice to see positive changes/improvements made in the ACA by the Republicans. I am a little surprised as I thought they were determined to repeal it and not fix it...

Thoughts?

You actually thought those of us who want this law repealed had real representation?

Source from Forbes

"Busted! Health Insurers Secretly Spent Huge To Defeat Health Care Reform While Pretending To Support Obamacare"

If you will take the time to read this aritcle from Forbes, you see the games they play in Washington. Money is free speech and the lobbyists have a lot of it.

Makes some sense again.

The insurance companies have been under that MLR 80/20 rule for a couple of years now.

That's one reason I say there are other forces at work.

Somebody else is getting the bigger money.

Follow the money. What else is politics and everyone involved in it about?
