I guess I'm getting old too because my reaction was one of sadness for all the young(15 and under) girls that look up to her or just at her. I know, stars don't have the responsibility to care how others perceive them, but just as an observation it seems sad. I have seen my 6 year old niece emulate dancing from a video she saw somewhere and we all just tripped out! Yes the parents have the responsibility of controlling what children watch, but this type of pop culture permeates society via technology and is so accessible. At around 9 or 10, I think children can get around their parents supervision and see these type of performances somewhere on a computer. I feel it is not healthy for young developing minds to see and then emulate this kind of behavior.

I have seen the symbology in numerous rap/pop performances and vids though. Evil? Not sure, perhaps an unknowing ritualistic gesture for the sake of being cool?

I would regard this performance as a perfect representation as to what's being valued in the music industry at the present moment, and it certainly ain't music!! There is an underlining motive here. It's not just record sales.
I'd definitely call her performance of this song evil. it's a blatant attempt at mind control over the world's youth, plain and simple. Corruption of the core moral and economic values that parents try so hard to instill in their progeny.
I listened to the album version of this song to see if there was anything musically interesting and redeeming going on.. Nope.

Just my own personal conviction here but, that whole stage and performance was absolutely evil.

The Illuminati was founded in 1776, and is believed to have been created in order to gather together a secret society of influential and powerful members that would then infiltrate every facet of society. The Illuminati have left behind and still leave clues of their influence through a vast number of signs and symbols with special meanings to those in power. Link.

That pyramid is in the back ground for a reason and I doubt it's to remember the Egyptian people or the Chinese.

She's just another puppet on the same hand as the rest of these modern "entertainers". Once they've made all the money they can with her and they've had their laugh over exposing America's youth to such sexual material (because at the end of the day THAT is the problem here, more-so than the sophomoric occult symbolism) they'll dispose of her, so to speak.

Hopefully she has a good head on her shoulders and she's being proactive with her wealth and future. I feel bad for her more than anything.
