Christie Apologizes for Using 'Occupied Territories' Term

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie apologized to casino mogul Sheldon Adelson for referring to the "occupied territories" during a speech to the Republican Jewish Coalition on Saturday, according to a source familiar with the conversation. At the organization's spring meeting, Christie -- in a bid to connect with the audience by referencing a trip to Israel -- said: "I took a helicopter ride from the occupied territories across, and just felt personally how extraordinary that was, to understand the military risk that Israel faces every day."

Christie forgot the unwritten rule in American politics. Thou shall not speak the truth about Israel. Don't worry Christie lick Adelson boots enough and he will give you millions for your campaign. Romney did it and he got around thirty million for his campaign. It makes no sense for anyone that is running for the office of president to want to be associated with a person who has called for nuclear weapons to be used on another country.

Oh, golly gee, SHUCKS!

I suppose it wouldn't have anything to do with this now would it?

Casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, who along with his wife plowed more than $92 million into efforts to help mostly losing candidates in the 2012 elections, is undertaking a new strategy for 2016 — to tap his fortune on behalf of a more mainstream Republican with a clear shot at winning the White House, according to people familiar with his thinking.

Billionaire mogul Sheldon Adelson looks for mainstream Republican who can win in 2016

You see? That IS the problem with the American government! It isn't about representing "We THE PEOPLE" anymore, but which master you will serve once the mindless drones elect you into office!

This practice is used by BOTH parties!!! Yet we fight and wonder why it hurts so bad when they bend us over?

My guess is he will be lucky to not be found guilty of some contrived scandal in the future, let alone be supported with donations.

From the link:

“The bar for support is going to be much higher,” said Andy Abboud, Adelson’s top political adviser and an executive at the Adelson-run Las Vegas Sands Corp. “There’s going to be a lot more scrutiny.”

My biggest concern is what dastardly plans are being laid to garner that American Mainstream support for "their" candidate. Some huge planting of a false flag atop a mountain of smoldering corpses? It will have to be a doozy of a scam to retool the American Public. They aren't buying it anymore.

Wait… yes they will. You watch. Its some kind of mind meld machine they utilize. As election day nears the volume and flashing lights go up and up and peoples eyes glaze over and they will vote_one_more_time_.

The alternate ending is they don't have to convince anyone of anything, anymore. Voting results have gone digital…

one huge dog and pony show coming right up.

I thought I heard this guy's name before: Sheldon Adelson.

I was bothered that I couldn't remember what he said that caused me to remember his name:

Oh, yes...here it is...it seems that Sheldon Adelson would like the US, I assume, to drop atomic weapons on Iran, for him. Judging from his profile, he would do it himself, but hey it's cheaper to simply use the military. Plus, it has to 'look right' on TV.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Thank God for ATS. Couldn't retrieve this memory without it.

He's super rich. He built, and lost, several fortunes throughout his life. Now he is the world's 8th richest man.

While reviewing his file I started to think that perhaps he had spoken out for 'whoever has the most wealth, gets the most votes'? Nope. Sheldon wants to nuke Iran...check.

I was right, in a way. He has politicians groveling to his zionist ways and means, simply because he is rich.

What is their problem with Iran, of all places? Is this a race thing we aren't allowed to discuss? It's so disgusting. Guess this guy pulls strings here 'n' there. All I can see is a senile mccain, wearing a skull cap, singing 'Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran', and then groveling at the wall...while we are treated to another '(s)election'....

Christie would be a good reason to vote for Hillary. That rotund P.O.S. has no business near any elected office unless he's cleaning the toilets. Late night comedy (really really late) would be another option for him.

Yes really. He is as corrupt if not worse than the rest of them. Instead of building bridges he blocks them with traffic for a political stunt.
