New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie apologized to casino mogul Sheldon Adelson for referring to the "occupied territories" during a speech to the Republican Jewish Coalition on Saturday, according to a source familiar with the conversation. At the organization's spring meeting, Christie -- in a bid to connect with the audience by referencing a trip to Israel -- said: "I took a helicopter ride from the occupied territories across, and just felt personally how extraordinary that was, to understand the military risk that Israel faces every day."
Casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, who along with his wife plowed more than $92 million into efforts to help mostly losing candidates in the 2012 elections, is undertaking a new strategy for 2016 — to tap his fortune on behalf of a more mainstream Republican with a clear shot at winning the White House, according to people familiar with his thinking.
“The bar for support is going to be much higher,” said Andy Abboud, Adelson’s top political adviser and an executive at the Adelson-run Las Vegas Sands Corp. “There’s going to be a lot more scrutiny.”

Christie would be a good reason to vote for Hillary. That rotund P.O.S. has no business near any elected office unless he's cleaning the toilets. Late night comedy (really really late) would be another option for him.
