Everyday i wake up and find out that while i slept theres 15 new threads about that damn plane...

Cant anyone control the number of threads so that every new piece of info that comes in is placed in one "SUPER THREAD" and not in threads like

Toilet paper found on beach - is it from the plane...

Clouds in the sky over my house...is it vapor from Malaysian aircraft..

Is it done to confuse us??

I know what you mean. I like to follow to see the latest updates, but there are loads now. And some have people posting the same comments in multiple threads. Makes it hard going.

I believe the VERY FACT that there are SO many forum threads, and SO many government agencies trying to figure this out is indicative alone that it's a much bigger deal than we thought on March 8th.

For one, having continuous threads with updates is better than having one big "super thread." Why? Because having separate threads will spread the news further. People are less likely to see a post on page 80 of a thread, than what they are if a thread rolls down the front page.

I post these threads because the story interests me...it should interest anyone. There are so many twists and turns regarding this plane, that many threads are actually needed...

Well, you pretty much just added another one.
Everyone has their own take on the subject, and the freedom of speech to talk about it(for now anyway).

Everyone loves a good mystery and frankly the whole thing is baffling to me.

Maybe if we were allowed to talk about SH without getting LOL'ed we wouldn't focus on the plane.

How many threads can one subject have

My Hunch - 370

NB: Google is currently at 79,500,000 hits for "MH370"

Suffering from a little "370 fatigue" myself. I'm starting to ignore most of the new threads about it unless one seems particularly interesting. I blame it on the mainstream media, though, and all the disinfo that we're being saturated with. Every day there's something "new" about this thing, except they haven't FOUND THE DAMN PLANE or a trace of it anywhere. Just another new theory every day. So it's not the people here who are at fault. We're just trying to keep up.

I, for one, think it deserves many threads. The first one made moves SO damn fast it's hard to have a cogent discussion about all the mysterious nuances about the whole situation.

I don't think we need to get all riled up about how many threads there are. It's important to keep brainstorming and sort out all the facts.

It all depends on the context and content of the thread, rather than how many there are. Yes, some have bordered beyond ridiculous, but that's just a side effect of the conspiracy world. You also have to take into account that if there is more to this, then there will be many threads created with the soul purpose of adding distractions. But again, if you take the context and content into account with a logical mind, the distractions will become clear.

Yes

I feel you! I began following the 220+ page "super thread", and checked it every couple of hours at the beginning. Now I check in when I wake up and when I get home from work. Everything about this plane has gotten overwhelming and taken the spotlight away from other things going on in the world. However, ATS is still my go-to for the latest news and the members are way more logical, rational, and knowledgeable than what I see in the MSM.

it's not censorship to keep topics in forum categories...LOL
Unless it's OK with you to make searching for topics even more scrambled than it is now?

Who is trying to exercise censorship..?
Who is trying to exercise control...?

What im asking for is a little coordination to make things easier.

If we have one thread continually updated we miss nothing...

But now as we have about 50 threads it's difficult to keep up with the latest info..

Funny how some people have so little imagination they just love to call everyone a dictator, instead of sitting down and thinking...

"yes, all the information in one place would be much easier to access and keep up to date than having it dispersed through 50 or so threads that nobody can keep track of..."

These are the same people who call the police "nazi" when they fine them for parking on a double yellow line or on a pedestrian crossing...

I agree, however there are people who open up a new "MH 370 missing plane" thread if someone in Air Malaysia farts..

Like Daskapital..he wrote 8 threads -

BREAKING: Malaysia Airlines Flight Had Alternative Co-ordinates Programmed Into It.

Map shows 634 runways in range of missing Malaysia Airlines plane

Flight MH370: last message to Malaysia sent 'after communications disabled'

U.S. officials lean toward 'those in the cockpit' behind missing flight

Sharp Changes in Altitude and Course After Jet Lost Contact

Missing Plane 'Flown Towards Andaman Islands'

International Malaysia Airliner Communications Shut Down Separately: US Officials Say

Malaysia Airlines plane Flight MH370 missing: New hostage theory

Why not just add the data to th existing 500 threads that are there...jesus...
