Sounds like the setting up of the cover story has begun!


I mean, it must be true if an informant of the British Intel machine says it is so, because they never lie and, well, they're British after all.

Not buying the terrorism angle.

For starters, they would have (publicly) crashed or blew up the plane.
Would have been some kind of released statement of responsibility, etc.

All the facts so far seem to lead towards the perps wanting something or someone on that plane. Otherwise, simply blowing it up would have sufficed. Instead, they needed to vanish, and fly it elsewhere, presumably to land and get what they needed.

I think the term "terrorism" in this context is a catch all for "criminal intent". Whatever their motives, the fact the plane appears to have been involved in some nefarious activity is becoming more obvious.

You never know though, maybe the terrorists are actually behaving like they do on the films and have some uber-plot involving a stolen airliner and genetically modified carrots...
