I didn't notice any of the other stars/ lights moving though, although I was mostly staring at the one on the left.

Watch the video again, taking note of the first few seconds of the video. This will assist you in seeing that most of the left side of screen is the ISS and the right side of the screen is the earth rotating below. Therefore, no stars, involved.

Being that the picture isn't very clear, it is hard to say what that is in context to nothing else. I don't know if I buy that it is lights from cities on Earth though, I have seen many shots of that and there aren't different colors like in this picture....Having said that, it still isn't clear on what my guess would even be! Thanks for the pic Arken, sorry I can't even offer an opinion....Other than it is not space whales!

Yes but notice the line of the structure the camera is pointing at and then notice in the "UFO" Footage how they blink on at the same angle and same time. The structure is blocking city lights and each appears in unison as they pass out of and beneath that structure.
