Here's 2 people speaking of it as impeachable disclosure of alien help to the government, a channeling, and the creator allowing light beings in.

Right, that's one of the sites it originated. As for the other sites, just google the phrase and you'll see it in a few places.

There are vague comments about what it means but I'm curious if anyone here has more info. Then again, if people are posting online in "code" it may be tough to get an answer.

Viral marketing most likely..put something cryptic out, get everyone's attention, build the hype..etc etc
