Hey guys,

Not much to say about this, the title says it all.

This will either melt your heart or prove you have none, enjoy

Thanks for sharing this, it's wonderful! I love cows and bring treats for them in my pack when I ride my bike in the country. They are such sweet, friendly and curious animals.

In the midst of all the heaviness in the world right now, seeing this video brought a welcome smile to my heart. I grew up in a dairy farming town in south eastern Australia, with many friends on farms, so cows were a familiar sight, but never have I seen them behave so playful like this! I'm not a vegetarian, but videos like this do make me very uncomfortable eating beef!

Thanks for sharing this

I regularly call Hillary and Pelosi cows.

I feel ashamed.

Never again will I disrespect cows.

That is both an awesome and heartbreaking vid brother,

Whats not being reported here by the corporate media is that soon after this video ended, these so called "cows" embarked on a 48 hour crime spree which included drinking, debauchery, several assaults and causing property damage in the tens of thousands of dollars.

You telling me if you had been locked up most of your life in a tiny shed you wouldnt go a bit silly when you got out???
Give the poor girls a break, sheesh.
Im sure that now its out of their system these cows will be able to rejoin society as productive citizens

We have a sign on the entry to each of our fields on our farm that reads,

The average human can run 18mph
The fastest human can run 25mph
Our cows can run over 30mph
Don't run, there is no point!

Obviously the sign continues to advise people on what to do when being chased and how not to provoke them

On our farm we have cattle that do the same as in the OP but we have come to the conclusion they act this way because they wouldn't otherwise be free to " stretch their legs ". The same is with our calves. At six weeks old they are moved from one single pen with just enough room to turn to a larger pen that is big enough for 6 to run about freely......jumping and kicking.....Yipeeeee

Great video, makes me smile and love my job more.

Glad they didn't go to slaughter and can live another good few years

Edit to add, and to not derail the thread. We recently had a calf born with two heads. A first in over 75 years on our farm.

Calf Born With Two Heads

Cheers

well...that young man is misguided in his belief that they are gentle.
I am familiar with the male of their species.

This creates some difficulty for me, as the absurdity of me finding beauty and pleasure in the happiness of my food sinks in a bit.

That was so sweet a sight to see....and tears of joy are a good thing, right?

I'm a big supporter of free range initiatives.
Happy cows are healthier and that video still has me hopeful for the future on so many levels.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
