To the World: The Government of the USA is not the people of the USA.

Our Government has gone rogue and has stopped being a representative Government of the American People long ago, so remember that "We the People" are NOT your enemy and act accordingly.
As a Veteran I love my country dearly, but it stopped being a Government "of the People" "for the People" many years ago, it is broken and corrupt beyond repair.
Many have awoken from their sleep and are now seeing the light but sadly many more will never see that light. Many are hypnotized by patriotism, the we are the "Good Guys" patriotism and the my Government can do no wrong patriotism. For many the realization that we are not the "Good Guys" comes as a slap in the face, and the past decade we have been slapped way too many times. Over and over again we have been slapped by the lie's and path's this rogue Government has taken this country all in the name of Righteousness, Democracy and Freedom...."We the People" have had enough.

So once again as this Rogue regime takes the People of this nation and world on a path towards war and destruction I say to you..Forgive us for not acting as Americans and allowing this to reach this point.

We the People are NOT our Government". Please act accordingly.

350,000,000 people.

If you Don't want this Govt. representing you, why are you allowing them to represent you?

Take a lesson from smaller and braver Nations when they Decide their Govt. isn't what they want. Believe me when I say that you'll have the support of the World.

So many are willing to kill millions...MILLIONS! across the globe in the quest to free other nations from tyranny if your Govt. labels it as such but when it comes to your home Country...What are you Doing?

It's time to back up the words.

I agree with you here.....but will we not be held accountable to the world for not putting a stop to these people that don't represent us. I feel they should....or at least could hold us accountable.

How many times have we said things like "why don't the people of Cuba or Communist Russia or Nazi Germany or (insert any country with a bad government here) rise up and take their country back"?

It is our duty to prevent our leaders from driving us full force into WWIII. It is our job to take control.

I think we will be held accountable.....

Well it is, and it isn't.
The Citizens of The United States of America
Pay the Bills and have Voting Power.
The angle exists in the Lobby influence both Foreign
and Domestic that is perpendicular to the Vision
of The American Citizens.

This is common throughout history.
A thorough "Cleaning of House" is necessary periodically.

It would be advantageous if this cleaning was not performed
with buckets of blood and wetwork mops for a change.

S&F P.S. While I have interpreted your "To the world confession" somewhat in context,
others might not. We should all be careful as to who we speak for and represent.
We must speak for Ourselves here, and "Not put words in other peoples mouths".

Seriously, multiple countries in just the past few years have overthrown their corrupt governments. They didn't whinge and moan about it, they got it done.

All I see here on ATS is keyboard warriors who say they're armed to the teeth and will fight for their freedoms and rights, yet do nothing.

You're all a bunch of posers, too scared to step out of your comfort zone.

I dunno what's worse...being asleep and doing nothing, or being awake and doing nothing.

Thanks for saying that about U.S, you hear everyone beating on the people but not the government.
I travelled around America for at least half a year and everyone I met (with a few exceptions) were probably the nicest people I'd ever met. In fact I still try and keep in touch with some.

But yeah sorry that most people out there hate the populace in general (not sarcasm). America's like the kid we all pick on at the playground.

Indeed, but I look at how many overthrown governments there have been in recent years, the closest the US got was Occupy Wall Street which had a lot of pissed off people willing to protest, but no real focus.

Yeah, It is a completely different experience to Travel the Earth
and Realize , for the most part, People are 99% the same.

Some of the most incredible people we will ever meet in our short lives here
will never be known to the media,the tabloids, the websites, or even any form
of history for that matter.

This has been said by numerous people already in numerous other threads.
And throughout history off of a message board.
It's a nice rant (put together well) but It's not a new or original idea/concept/thought by any means.

Many people would love to change our Government, but our elections are a rigged game. We have only two realistic candidates and it becomes a choice between Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber.

It would be amazing to see a whole country come together and vote none of the above, but that has little chance of happening. You would need Dems and Repubs coming together to agree on a third candidate and they have everyone so polarized it is hard to see people coming together like that anytime soon.

Alas, we may be at checkmate here. I do offer my apologies to the world for what it is worth.

Although I really do appreciate your sentiment, I would argue that about half of the American population is in lock step with America's rouge government, or else they wouldn't keep voting them into office. I guess that's what happens when people get free stuff from politicians.

I recognize your disappointment. I feel the same way often.
However, I still believe that The Citizens of The United States of America
have not only the Ability, but the tools necessary to Reform certain Injustices
that have occurred as of late, legally and without violence.
The current sword cuts in the matter of Public Opinion.

The Standard of living in the U.S. has certainly been sideswiped.
Along with the middle class. The price of Food, Gas/Home Fuel
HAS REALLY PUT THE HURT ON THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CITIZEN.
Not to mention the increase of electricity,Finance,Communications,Clothing,
Medical, Insurance, transportation,Education, plus the hidden tax increases,
I could go on and on...

To be realistic however, most American citizens still experience
a lifestyle that is far more enjoyable to them than a great percentage
of the worlds populace.

So yes, there have been the sources of contention.

However, it has not reached Critical Mass. Thankfully.
I am a proponent of Free Speech and The Right to Protest.
As such, I am wary of the often Unforeseen Consequences of Anarchistic Mutiny.
For on that day, the results of such a revolt will not only shake the country,
but reverberate around the planet .

It could become a very dangerous situation for Humanity.

Therefore, it is in The Best Interest of The United States Leadership to
perform their Sworn Duty Under Oath to fulfill the Decree set forth by
The Constitution as best to their ability, in order to solidify the will of
The American People. To be Clear, The Taxpaying Citizens of
The United States of America.

Actually That is a Great idea, and I do believe it will happen
eventually.It is only a matter of time, level of awareness,
and the advent of Public Opinion.

To be clear however, No, I do not endorse The Communist Party in
