I friggin' LOVE my new avi!

I think it's awesome!

I think it looks like you're melting.

Do you want me to call 911?

No. . . . . but if you want to call Papa Johns, I'll go halves with ya!

Double cheese, Jalapenos, Onions and Ham.

I don't have a girlfriend obviously.

The favorite pizza (non gourmet, anyway) for the wife and I is a specialty pizza we used to get at Grand Avenue Pizza in laramie, wy:

pepperoni, mushroom, pineapple, and jalapeno

It has it all: spicey, sweet, umami....

Had Papa Johns tonight, the chipolte honey wings were awesome!!!!

Heathen!

Papa Johns wings...Pffft! I wouldn't feed them to my buddies Pigs!

Stop being lazy KDog....do them yourself.

agree. Wings are so easy to make, i have my 16 year old make them for us.

- bake the wings at 350 for 50 minutes (if you are doing a large batch and cover an entire cookie sheet)
- when they are done put 3/4 stick of butter in a skillet and melt it on med high. while it melts, move the wings from the cookie sheet to a large bowl or a cake pan.
- add in 1c hot sauce of your choice and whisk it like your life depends on it, then pour over the top of the wings.
- Toss, serve, and smile

You can also add in stuff like some chipotle puree and honey (just throw them into a food processor for a few pulses) to make the aforementioned wings.

The improvement in the home made process....you will get thin and crispy skin. Not those wings with big, old flaps of skin left hanging off of them.

I lke to use a citrus reduction mixed with sesame oil, garlic, and some ginger to make an asian styled wing

A man who knows his recipes!!

to make them really hot: simmer down 2 cups of tabasco in a sauce pan until it reduces by half. The yield should be 1 cup of a much thicker, much redder, and much more angry sauce to mix in with the butter.

alternately, you could just add a few drops of Ghost Pepper extract. LOL

Oh Yea! But I do have to sprinkle Jalapenos all over them as well.

BTW? Will the ACA cover me for this meal?

Good morning all

Just starting coffee #2 and I have a strange yearning for pizza

Just fired up the slow cooker with beef shin covered in chianti, beef stock, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and a few chillies.

As long as we are exchanging recipes.

Off to work soon, as much as I hate my new boss, I refuse to let the lads down, if they want to put in the effort, then I would be doing them a disservice by not making an appearance.

Besides who else is gonna charge the bacon sandwiches to the company

Thank you all for joining in the fun and have an awesome day/evening one and all

Now that is a way to begin a day! Jolly good show old chap!

I think I need another cup of tea, to inject the correct amount of vim, and gusto into my morning preparations!
