Quarantine and Starvation: A Standard Depopulation Strategy

Quarantine and starvation is a standard depopulation strategy. Used historically to take cities, the strategy prevents travel, blocks shipping,
starves the people, and finally, depopulates the area under siege. Modern quarantine and starvation strategies target and depopulate much larger
regions. Often described as "genocide," modern depopulation schemes are actually more about class than nationality or race - the wealthy and
connected can bypass quarantines. Three modern campaigns illustrate contemporary quarantine and depopulation tactics: the 1932-1934 Genocide/Famine in
the Ukraine; the quarantine ghettoes and exterminations in Nazi Germany; and the current Sudan Genocide. In addition, US actions like the Model
Emergency Health Powers Act and the CDC's proposed new quarantine rules can be seen as legal precursors to a quarantine and depopulation campaign in
the USA.
In 1932-34, Stalin confiscated the Ukrainian peasants' property, then quarantined them to prevent them from leaving to find food; at least 7
million peasants starved to death. Hitler quarantined 6 million mainly-poor Jews, Gypsies and disabled people in ghettoes and starved them before he
built concentration camps and gas ovens to finish the job. When he invaded the Ukraine, Hitler took over the depopulation programs, executed millions
outright, and sent untold numbers to Nazi concentration camps to die as slaves. Together, puppet-dictators Hitler and Stalin killed an estimated 20
million Ukrainian peasants by the end of World War II, in the Hidden Holocaust.
More recently, a similar strategy in the Sudan resulted in the deaths of 400,000 people, drove 2.5 million people from their homes, and left 3.5
million people starving. The Sudan case is now before the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals: Canada's Talisman Energy Inc. is charged with joining the
Sudanese government to aid in genocide of the Sudanese people in its pursuit of oil. Charges include property confiscation, ethnic cleansing, and
enslavement.
Each of these three depopulation schemes targeted primarily working class populations that were hindering corporate expansion, and biting into
corporate profits. In each case, depopulation freed up already-occupied land to meet corporate priorities, and redirected the nation's revenues and
resources to support the corporate-governmental structure and benefit corporations, instead of serving ordinary citizens of the nation. In every case,
the perpetrators lied and claimed no food was available for the starving millions when there really was food. Quite simply, distributing available
food to starving people was not, and is not part of corporate-governmental depopulation programs.
Quarantine and Starvation in the Ukraine: The Hidden Holocaust
The Ukraine Genocide/Famine that killed 7 million people in 1932-33 was planned, and purposefully unleashed by Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. The
famine was acknowledged as a genocide by most of the world's nations in 2003, the genocide's 70th anniversary. Documents found 10 years ago in the
Russian archives prove that Stalin purposefully "eliminated" Ukrainian peasants when the communists took over the Ukraine in 1932. Stalin's primary
goal was to depopulate the region.
First, Stalin confiscated Ukrainian peasants' land to build government owned corporate farms.
"They confiscate everything," says Valentyna Strazewski, an 80 year-old survivor living in Winnipeg. "They threw us out from where we were
living. The system, they were making collective farms. The young communists came and confiscated everything and left us with nothing. They took the
beans we have, they took the beets."
Then, Stalin imposed a quarantine forbidding the people from leaving their assigned lands to find food.
"People were eating people," says Strazewski. The food was gone, taken by soldiers. The government did not ship food into the Ukraine; the people
were quarantined, and could not leave to find food on their own. At least 7 million people starved to death before Hitler invaded and took over the
depopulation program from Stalin.
By the end of World War II, Stalin and Hitler had killed upwards of 20 million Ukrainian peasants - and depopulated the region for corporate
industrial development. Archived documents show that both Stalin and Hitler were committed to a depopulation scheme for the area, despite their
superficially divergent politics. A common question about the Ukraine depopulation program is, "Who was Worse - Hitler or Stalin?"
Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler
...Wall Street supported "corporate socialism" not only in Germany, but in Russia and the U.S. as well. Since leftists still idealize FDR and the
brutal regime that arose to become the U.S.S.R., they probably prefer to forget about the businessmen who connect them all. Sutton himself is no
anti-business left-winger, instead he is a conservative concerned with the actions of an "unelected power elite", controlling
events/governments/societies behind the scenes, to the detriment of freedom everywhere.
Some Ukrainians escaped and came to North America, but did not speak out for fear of reprisals against family still living in the Ukraine. On the
70th anniversary of the Ukraine Famine, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, many Ukrainian communities decided to document survivors'
experiences. The congregation of St. Mary the Protectress Cathedral in Winnipeg videotaped comments by Strazewski and other survivors. Interviews of

Quarantine and Starvation in Nazi Germany: Quarantined Ghettoes, then Concentration Camps
It took big money to bring Hitler to power. The deal was Hitler had to exterminate the "useless eaters" through a depopulation scheme, and of
course, allow international corporations to run the Nazi party and the country.
The Nazi's targeted Jews, Gypsies and disabled people for extermination but many wealthy and well-connected Jews "escaped," indicating that the
program was more about class than race.
The first phase of the depopulation scheme involved quarantining the targeted populations in ghettoes. As in the Ukraine, food was scarce to
absent. Available food was not allowed into the quarantined areas. Once the weaker specimens had starved to death, survivors were sent to specially
constructed quarantine/concentration camps where they were used as slave labor and for medical experiments. Surplus labor was executed.
With few exceptions, those quarantined and killed were politically, ethically, economically or physically "unfit" to support the corporate
regime. It is commonly accepted that 6 million people died in Nazi concentration camps.
Hitler's rise to power and the Nazi Party were funded by some of the world's largest corporations - mostly banks, drug manufacturers and chemical
companies that operated internationally. For example, backers allegedly included BASF, Bayer, Hoechst, IG Farben, and the US-based Union Banking
Corporation managed by Prescott Bush, as well as several other Wall Street firms.
Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler
Sutton makes that case that several Wall Street firms were deeply involved in financing the rise to power of the National Socialist German Workers
Party (i.e., the Nazis) in pre-World War II Germany. Sutton shows that first, Wall Street financed the German cartels in the 1920's, second, that
Wall Street indirectly financed Hitler and the Nazi Party, prior to their rise in power in Germany, third, that Wall Street firms profited from the
build-up to war and the war itself, even after the U.S. got involved, and finally, that U.S. firms worked to cover up their complicity after the war.
...Sutton goes into extensive details about the persons, funds and timelines that show the deep connection between certain American Big Businesses
and the Nazis. Why would Big Business embrace such a horrid political movement? Although Sutton does not go into details about motivation, there is a
good case to be made that many businesses were not fond of the untrammeled free market and instead yearned for the security of government guaranteed
profits, regardless of the expense to others in terms of loss of freedom. These businesses saw themselves as the contractors running the government
machinery...
In 1930, the central banks of Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Belgium, and Italy got together with three private international banks
from the United States to create the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). In a play more revealing than the Wall Street/Nazi industrial
connections, the BIS then financed each of these nations in World War II.

According to James C. Baker, pro-BIS author of The Bank for International Settlements: Evolution and Evaluation, "The BIS was formed with funding
by the central banks of six nations, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom. In addition, three private international banks
from the United States also assisted in financing the establishment of the BIS."

History shows that international corporations used Hitler and the Nazi party to corporatise government, and depopulate select regions to make way
for corporate development. It also shows that the Bush family was involved in the quarantine, starvation and depopulation strategy from the
beginning.
Quarantine and Starvation in the Sudan: The Case Against Talisman
Now before the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals:
Sudan Genocide
The Sudanese Government and its paramilitary allies, the Janjaweed militias, have killed at least 180,000 innocent people, driven 2.5 million
people from their homes, and left 3.5 million people without sufficient food to sustain themselves.
... It is estimated that 400,000 people have died due to violence, starvation and disease. More than 2.5 million people have been displaced from
their homes and over 200,000 have fled across the border to Chad. Many now live in camps lacking adequate food, shelter, sanitation, and health care.

U.S. District Judge Denise Cote concluded that Talsiman did not merely transact business in and with Sudan, but "knowingly assisted Sudan in
perpetrating a campaign of genocide and crimes against humanity."

The ruling allowing the suit to proceed came Tuesday after U.S. District Judge Denise Cote reviewed a diplomatic letter from the Canadian Embassy
calling the case an "infringement in the conduct of foreign relations by the government of Canada" that would have a "chilling effect" on Canadian
firms in the Sudan.
...In the Talisman case, she said, the plaintiffs allege that the company "knowingly assisted Sudan in perpetrating a campaign of genocide and
crimes against humanity, not that Talisman merely transacted business in and with Sudan."
Quarantine in the USA: Another Depopulation Scheme?
The CDC recently proposed new quarantine rules to deal with epidemics in the USA. Several stipulations stand out:

1. People can be quarantined on suspicion of illness, without a confirmed diagnosis.
2. Quarantine does not include treatment.
3. Quarantined people are not allowed to travel or leave their assigned area.
4. No promises, commitments or guarantees are made to ensure adequate food supplies are delivered to quarantined areas or people.
These rules can be abused to target people for political purpose, and to quarantine for depopulation in the USA.

I can't bring myself to go that far yet.... but I am deeply concerned that this unveils yet another tool of potential abuse for the state to
detain an individual under the auspices of isolation or quarantine, when in fact the real reason might be for some entirely different state objective.
That does scare me.
In fact, communications and population control strategies over the past few years have set the stage for quarantine and depopulation in the USA.
Many Americans now are convinced that: a) The USA is not and never was a democracy, and the corporate elite rightfully makes decisions for the nation;
b) Human quarantine is the best way to deal with diseases that jump between humans and animals and are carried around the world by migrating birds and
whales; and c) It makes good sense to get rid of "useless eaters," if not by assisted suicide then by other means.
Another popular fiction says that people of superior intelligence are somehow immune to depopulation strategies. This gambit is there to hook the
educated and aware and gain their support, but most likely, it's a bait and switch. The corporate elite needs only a limited number of gifted
toadies. Generally speaking, if you can't afford to pick up your own tab for stem cell therapy, you're not in.

Globalization, Space and War
Michael Ruppert and Dr. Len Horowitz have warned people about the Model Emergency Health Powers Act, which would allow governors to declare an
emergency, force vaccinations, quarantine or isolation upon people, as well as seize of property, and require people to actively “provide
services” during an emergency.(16) Are the deaths of fourteen of the world’s top microbiologists a warning that designer communicable disease is
being prepared for release?(17) The draconian legislature is bad enough, but the companies that are coming up with “smallpox vaccines for the entire
U.S. population” bear scrutiny. They are the same that provided poison gas for Hitler’s gas chambers,(18) linked to the contaminated vaccines that
spread AIDS in Africa,(19) and linked to the infected blood that killed thousands of hemophiliacs in industrialized countries.(20)
Capitalism, communism, and socialism are all delivery systems for international corporate government, aka the New World Order. No more, no less. As
Mussolini observed, "Communism is when government owns the corporations; fascism is when corporations own the government." Really, there is no
difference. In all these "different" systems, corporate rule prevails without quarter: profits before people.
Corporations are "persons" under national and international law. As such, they are in competition with ordinary citizens for tax dollars, budget
allocations and program funding. Unlike ordinary people, corporate persons know how to compete. It's their business. And corporate "persons" can't
be starved; they are manned by replaceable parts.
International corporations have no national loyalties. The fact that they've used the USA to lever global domination doesn't mean anything in
human terms. Americans will be treated the same way other people in other nations have been treated. Without integrity, compassion, or humanity.
