The Future of the ATS Universe are Your Ideas

The ATS universe is growing daily. This can be shown by the new members that join ATS daily and the countless non-members that view ATS every minute. The ATS universe is not only growing, but getter greater with every new idea that is born. With new ideas being born, the possibilities for the growth of this universe are endless. The futures of the ATS universe do not have to come from a single side. These "futures", which are new ideas and anything that will help this universe grow, can be a double-edged sword, in which both the moderators and the members work together, to help this universe grow. What is ATS without its members? We, the members, are responsible for this growing universe. We help this universe grow by posting and taking part in the many aspects of this universe. The many aspects of this universe include: ATS, BTS, P@ATS and the ATSNN.

I now firmly believe that this great universe can be made better with the help of its great members. I will make a reasonable hypothesis and say that the main source of the ideas, that make this universe what it is today, is because of SkepticOverlord. I can now see an ATS universe that grows because of ideas that started in the minds of its members, and then made "official", by SkepticOverlord. I can see an ATS universe like this because of this thread. In this thread, a poll was devised that asked members what forum they would like to see be created in the ATS universe. Thanks to the suggestions by its members, the ATS universe may get some new forums and the universe will grow. Another example of an idea that started in the mind of a member is the New Contest for Artistic ATS Members created by ATS member Umbrax. There are most likely other examples of ideas that began inside the minds of members and then made "official", but I must apologize, and say that I do not recall.

The first point of this article is to say that the futures of the ATS universe are not only thanks to the great works of SkepticOverlord, but they could also start from the ideas of members. The second point of this article is to tell some useful suggestions to members in the event that they have an idea that could make a positive contribution to this universe. So, what should you do if you have an idea for the ATS universe? I would tell you to post your idea in the Board Questions & Business forum. I think this is better than posting it in the "Gripe / Idea" tab because, posting it in the Board Questions & Business forum, will allow the idea to get attention and some thoughts from other members about the idea. I think this is a simple concept: what is better, having one member posting an idea in the "Gripe / Idea" tab, or posting that same idea in the Board Questions & Business forum, where multiple members may support that idea? Another suggestion that I would endorse is to u2u the Director of Community Development, SkepticOverlord, because his title says it all. Also, you may want to u2u the respected Council Member to which your idea may apply. An example of this would be if you had an idea for the ATSNN alone. In this case you would u2u Nerdling.

There is not a doubt in my mind that the ATS universe is growing. I thank all who made this growth even remotely possible. I now ask the members of this great community to share their ideas with us and to help the community grow. With your help, the ATS universe will grow even more and it will be a greater place for all.
