Two weeks ago, our our new servers came online, and AboveTopSecret.com entered a new era of technology performance. Not only are the discussion boards running much faster, but we've also removed the low-bandwidth limitations for guest users who now see member avatars and backgrounds in all their glory. Now that our new servers are reliable and stabilized, many additional changes are on the way.

First, member PODcasts will be coming to ATS soon. Within one week, we will be the first online community that integrates member-created audio content into a PODcast feed. And you can be certain our PODcasts will be listed in all the appropriate directories, including iTunes. We'll be accepting your MP3 files that comment on ATS topics, provide support for threads, or even broadcast your favorite pod-safe music and mashups.

Also, coming out of your ATS Council, improvements to ATSNN are also under way. Voting for publication of news articles will be streamlined, experienced news contributors will receive immediate news upgrades, spell-check for ATSNN submissions will be available, and the ATSNN website will be redesigned.

Our ATS Merchandise Store is ready for prime-time, and will be soon integrated into the site menu system. Look for periodic sales and new items showing up often.

Finally, keep your eyes peeled for a new member contest that involves a new layer of technology and a new ATS forum. Anyone will be able to play, and the prizes will be well worth it!
