A Prophet Turns to Profit

By now most of the human race knows the infamous Prophet Yahweh. If you haven't heard of him then surely you've been living on another planet.
He's the proclaimed seer of Yahweh the great creator, the Prophet who would summon a giant spaceship over Las Vegas before the media between June 1st
and July 15th 2005.
Did you fall for the hype? I sure did.
When I first read the press release issued by the Prophet Yahweh the first thought that came to mind was "fake". I just could not believe that
some ordinary Ramon would be able to do what he was claiming and read the word scam all throughout his press release. But then came an announcement
that he had summoned a real live UFO for a reputable news station and allowed them to film his conjuration.
Surely the $7.95 he was asking for membership to view his sightings would not break me and end my measly existence on this planet we call earth so
I shelled out the $8 bucks in hopes that I too could learn to summon UFO's on demand.
Upon entering the (now claimed unsecure) website of the Prophet I was amazed at what I was witnessing right before my very eyes, a man was actually
praying with intent on summoning a UFO and soon enough one would appear. I was so thrilled (more so than M Jackson upon acquittal) by these videos
that I immediately jumped on the Abovetopsecret.com web forum and started to post my findings.

I made a phone call to Prophet Yahweh a day or so later and asked if we could do a few questions and answers for the ATS forum and he obliged.
Although there were as many skeptics as there were believers I believe this is where the seed of Prophet Yahweh's media frenzy spawned.
After only a few days the Prophet Yahweh thread had grown to nearly 40 pages with 10's of thousands of views. Readers were adding their comments
of belief and skeptics were commenting on the methods that could be used to fake such sightings, including having an accomplice launch balloons from a
short distance away, after a specially transmitted radio or other signal. But I was still a believer, there was no way this man who I had the honor to
speak with was being dishonest. I was truly feeling this man was sincere and had a special gift that none of us could ever dream of having.
The Prophet was now making his media rounds and appearing as a guest on a daily basis on many radio and internet talk shows. Even in the thick of
all his popularity the Prophet still had the time to answer the phone for my calls and answer to the questions so many had for him. In my head he was
still a genuine Prophet that had a greater power. I wanted so much to believe that this was finally the first contact that I had to force myself 50%
to believe that it was all a con and so I started floating and filming balloons hoping that I could come to a rationale.
Even with the appearance of balloons I recorded to video it was still very hard to discern if what I witnessed in the Prophets videos and what I
personally filmed were alike.
Then overnight things started to get weird. PY as we shall now refer to the Prophet was starting to become a critic of Jesus Christ and
homosexuality. He had now formed a Yahoo group which would focus on his tactics of blasphemy and hate.

This Yahoo group accumulated a following of several thousand in as little as one week. His comments had kicked his media demand up a notch without
the help of Emeril Lagasse.
This is when my belief started to fall apart and when I started to realize that the agenda of PY was not one in which a higher power would conjure
him but an agenda of racism and hate.
Trying to salvage my belief I made every attempt I could to secure the truth when I finally came upon a way to order the original news footage
recorded to DVD from a news clearing house.
This was the footage that amazed the masses and was being strongly debated if there were computer generated effects used to make the object appear to
(disappear and reappear) in parts of the video.
Because of ownership rights (FBI Warning) which prohibit the copying and distribution of this footage I was never able to post the real normal
television quality news video.
Commenting on the video was not prohibited so I will state that what was seen in the Internet version of the video was very misleading. It was
argued that because of certain video codecs in digital video that the object in motion would appear to jump, streak, morph, disappear and reappear.
The video experts were 100% correct because none of the amazing movements shown on the digital version available on the internet are seen on the DVD
footage.
What I saw was clearly the same balloon type object that appears in all of the other PY sighting videos. With this one though I am able to use my
DVD zoom feature and can assure myself it is not an orb, alien craft or spaceship. It's a balloon, period. Actually two. One white and one an
orange/yellow.
So, I have concluded and accepted the fact that I was duped by a man who is now seeking profit by organizing a 50 state tour where he will
"apparently attempt" to summon a UFO in each of these states and is asking for donations to build a tamper proof Internet site.

Maybe this is my calling and I should be a follower that can sell balloons on his tour. After all what else can I do with the half tank of helium I
have leftover from my UFO experiments.
Don't lose your faith in reality because some day it will all be real.
