i think its pretty obvious that SkepticOverlord's avatar hero guy (is cool) BUT a rip-off of The Incredibles (2004)...

what do ATSers and BTSers think???

I for one know one of the people that did the graphics and 3DMax work for Devine Divinity. I used an avater with content from the game for ages.

Does it really matter? It doesn't to me and it shouldn't to you. Many people use different superhero characters from TV, comic strips and movies as their avatars.

well there they see all - we see all - and we all know (just because it's healthy to feel this way) that our own SO created the avatar. it can be very dangerous to think otherwise!

i thought it was obvious he took the incredibles guy and Photoshopped it to his needs so it could look cool. but does it matter he changed it a lot. i think it doesnt matter.

You could at least spell his name right in your thread....

after i saw some of "the incredibles" pics and stuff i was like: "dang SO is toast!"

The only similarity I see is the unitard. SO is far more handsome and intelligent looking, not to mention being in better overall physical condition.

No, he did not earn those muscles. I know, because I saw him buy the steroids- even though I was in the other aisle.

No, he did not earn that red suit, I know, because someone who knows someone who knows someone I know saw him steal it from the set of the The Incredibles.

And that big logo on his chest...ATS records indicate SO signed the document granting its use, himself.

I thought SO's avatar was somehow inspired from the new game City of Heroes? Seem to remember the avatar surfacing sometime around the release of the game, course I could just be braindead on this one.
