I have read all the Exopolitical reports since M. Salla started putting them on the internet. He has done some extensive writing. The issue of error in his research is his defining sovereignty as a democracy. A good researcher would be able to sift out the biases for just the facts.

He actually offers an online class to take.
Not sure what to think about it though.

Introduction to Exopolitics - SUMMER 2004
In this course students will be introduced to the main evidentiary sources and perspectives that relate to an extraterrestrial presence on Earth that has not been disclosed to the general public and most elected officials. This course will examine the main sources of evidence that support such a presence and identify the criteria for determining the credibility and persuasiveness of this evidence. The course will focus on different perspectives on the extraterrestrial presence in terms of the motivation, activities and histories of different extraterrestrial races, and the various clandestine organizations that interact with these races. The course will be offered by distance education and will involve digital audio tapes received via the internet, online course reading material, and student/instructor communication through an email listserver.

Course Requirements:
Each week students will be given a lecture that covers the required topic for that week. Students will be given online reading material that will provide background for the lectures and for interactive discussion using an email bulletin board. Students are required to submit four reading reports (750 words each) on the course material. A major writing project on a topical issue in exopolitics will be completed at the end of the course (3000 words). A final grade (Distinction, Credit, Pass, Fail) will be given at the completion of the course on the following basis:
