i agree with you but if you think about it it makes sense to hatch it there, after all no congress over sight on area 51, and only what 2600 people to keep control of. and if someone like No_one does spill the beans so to speak who's going to believe them with no proof. Look at the reception he's getting here, 33% believe him 33% don't believe him and 33% are on the fence. (rough guess at the numbers)

And i have no doubt Bush will try and pull something, whether he goes through with it or not is the real question. We all know it would have to be something big and something that would warrant a delay in elections. maybe he bought that land down south so if he does pull something out of his arse and it goes sour he can escape the lynch mob.

That really does work. I beat a polygraph using the tack in the shoe method back in my younger days.

posted on Feb, 7 2008 @ 01:49 AM

It's important to remember that real polygraphs don't automatically decide "LIE" or "TRUTH" with flashing lights and buzzers like on the TV shows. They just show the guy administering the test what the subjects' vital signs did when they answered, and the administrator has to make a judgment call based on the data.

There are lots of ways to affect the accuracy of a polygraph test. The easiest way is to mess up the test from the start when they're establishing the "base line" - in other words, when they're asking you a bunch of no-duh questions to measure your body's physiological response when you lie or tell the truth.

By doing something to alter that response during the baseline portion of the test - such as self-induced pain, telling something that you know to be a lie but the guy administering the test thinks is not a lie, etc., you can diminish the test's ability to decipher fact from fiction.

Accuracy of the test is enhanced when the subject is nervous, because the physiological responses are more pronounced at this time. Polygraph administrators rely on this fact when conducting a test, and one of the biggest reasons people get nervous is because they don't know what questions will be asked.

Because 817 is involved in the asking himself, and has already undergone some of these tests, odds are he'll already know what the questions will be.

In addition to all that.... With careful, constant practice over a long period of time, a person can develop better control over their body's reactions. Not complete, but better. That can be all that's needed.

On the subject of whether or not this thread is a hoax, I see no real reason why it couldn't be true. 817 hasn't made any really far-out there claims. The biggest one being a possible planned assassination - and who here would put that past the Bush crew?

Most other lies and hoaxes I've listened to were completely outlandish, and after 16 pages of posting they ALWAYS have bigger inconsistencies than what exact month something happened.

I'm not saying we should automatically believe 817 and demand Bush's resignation (at least not over this, lol.) I'm just saying that so far, there's no reason to believe 817 is a liar either.

My suggested course of action? Anyone who thinks he's a liar should prove it IN A MESSAGE TO A MODERATOR (as harassing another poster publicly is just rude,) because for now the burden of proof is on the skeptics. When he starts making some outlandish claims that significantly contradict the accepted "truth," THEN the burden of proof will be on his part and interrogation will be justified. Hopefully it won't be as mean spirited as it has been so far.

Meanwhile, anyone with a question that's on topic with this thread should ask it so the conversation can continue to be focused on the point at hand. I happen to have a few. :-)

1. Is it true that seismic sensors can detect individual footsteps when people cross the border in Area 51, and if so, how do they discern intruders from the area's natural wildlife?

2. How do they safeguard against people filming the skies above Area 51? I've read that "they" control the mountains surrounding the base, but high flying craft would clear these mountains and be visible from outside, would they not? What I'm specifically interested in is how they would detect somebody in the nearest town with a high-resolution camera pointed at the sky over the base 24/7.

3. Have you ever debriefed anyone who was involved in a disinformation scheme, whether planning or executing it? If so, do you know specifically what disinformation they were creating?

If you're pressed for time, I think my third question is the one I'm most interested in, but if you have the time to answer all three I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks in advance.

Actually at night time (when Coast to Coast is on), 840 comes in at the Nellis range. Also 640 (KFI) out of LA. There is another station out of New Mexico that makes it out there. From higher locations, you can hear 95.1 out of Pahrump. It isn't line of sight, so the signal sounds a bit distorted.

NPR geeks can hear KNPR right up to Coyote Summit. It doesn't reach Rachel. Of course I know all this stuff because I've actually been to the border areas. You don't find this mundane stuff on the net.

Again, when you plan your next hoax, you need to consider such details.

Around November of last year, the base was visited by a very famous politician. Can you name the office he or she holds or held, as well as the continent the person is from? This will not reveal any secrets since it is pretty vague, but it would be hard to guess correctly.

Of course, a faker will have difficulty with this.

840 comes in loud and clear to nellis, but does not to gl. 640 Comes on on the 93 but drops off once you hit Alamo. The rest of what you said really makes little to no difference. My radio that I listen to is a satellite radio. That or simple mp3 music. Would you know about 840 coming in loud and clear to gl having never been on the base? no. I get that you are trying to debunk me, but doing it by trying to claim I'm wrong about 840's range to gl is pretty weak.

P.s saying NPR reaches Coyote Summit basically is reaching Rachel, unless the signal drops off after another 4 or 5 miles.... Another mundane fact I suppose.

I understand the thinking. I do. But we talk when we work . We share feelings, talk about families, likes and dislikes. If I am in charge of surveying the internet for leaks, and I read about a person claiming to work there who likes the police and phil collins, its simple to figure out who this leak is. Hence personal things like that will just help figure out who I am to those concerned. I hope you understand.

I must say, old chap...

You are good. You're so good I almost find it hard to believe!

I hope you realize (I know I would) that ignoring what I asked you is telling me more about you than any "answer" you could have given me (and vice versa, but that is my intent here, so no harm done).

Lack of information is still information.

Didn't they teach you that at whatever academy you went to? If they didn't, they did a hell of a bad job with you. But, you've got such a natural talent! Loads of it from what I can tell.

OK, let me tell you what I've got on you by now. I wouldn't dare estimate the accuracy of this information, but it makes no difference. Conclusions will be important.

1. You definitely fit psychological profile of a military employee.
Thus, you either:
a) are the greatest actor I have ever seen, or
b) have been working for the military for at least a decade.

2. Did you have a special training in PsyOps?
You sure know how to evade caveats and traps.
"If you don't know how to respond - ignore it". Do you see a pattern here? (BTW, I just made up this rule, but I guess I'm a natural as well
)

3. You adapt very easily and naturally.
You've started with such vague info that you could have gone in any direction from there.

[
BTW, have you heard of the famous "Cloud Game"?
A: What is it I am thinking about right now?
Q: Is it blue?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it light?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it fluffy?
A: Yes.
Q: It's a cloud!
A: Yes.

...

]

However, for some reason, you decided to go with the "military rule being established in the US" story. I hope I didn't give you that idea with my "US dictatorship" comment.

4. You are placing traps all over the place that it hurts the eyes.

5. And finally...
You don't fit psychological profile of a person having doubts and remorse over his job.

...

And now... [trumpets fading in]... The conclusions!

1. My best guess is that you are looking for something (or someone).
To use more modern jargon - you are phishing, but, hold onto your hats people(!) - not for the gullible. You are phishing for something very specific.

2. As a source of information, you're as useful as a muddy car shield.
Sure, one can see something [squinting through the glass, trying to see something... anything], but when you least expect it, you will experience a (sudden? well, no, not really...) crash.

3. People, be very, very careful with this guy.
He knows his business extremely well. He'll feed you crap with candies, and you won't see any difference.

It's been a pleasure meeting you, sir. There was so much to see and learn, but you have nothing more to offer me.

Oh, please, please, no need to return the compliments. You'll make me blush. [about to faint in a theatrical pose]

And with this, I'm off to look for something more interesting out there.

Oh yes, silly me... Almost forgot... [hitting oneself in the forehead]

Everyone!
If I may have you attention for a moment! [clapping hands on the stage floor]
Feel free to play with this guy. He's most probably not looking for you.

... ... ...

... oh, oh, my dear...

I've just realized something while writing!

False flag op! You guys are getting ready for a false flag op!? OMG!

What is it this time? Iran?

Well, with all the fuss over the net... Nope, that can't be it. Sleight of hand and the rest of the tricks down the sleeves, you know.

I know, I know! [excitedly jumping up and down while clapping hands]

It's Pakistan!

Getting ready to invade, eh? My, my... what nasty children you are... putting hands in someone else's (though somewhat mixed) jar...

What will China say to that I wonder? Dumping some of the dollar reserves? Oh, I forgot. They already said they would do that. You have no choice do you?

Oh, well, now I understand. I do not hold it personally against you no_one. Sorry if I did not get that correct as I have been reading all of this, and gees, look at the time. My, how time flys. Well then if it helps, someone else said something similiar about, well, 8 years ago now. At the time, as of recently watching this reality kind of unfold just to see where it goes or does not, I just thought it would be Israel n-daying Iran. But then that person stated it will be a good thing to come. Funny, how one person thinks himself bad, while the other person does not. Did anyone think that the website that stated that the Devil is running the game here on the Planet is actually true and His Time is running out with only a few years left? You do know that the Vatican is supposed to be attacked also according to the urban legends out there and the Pope takes off over the dead bodies of Cardinals with the sign of Redemption on his forehead. Did not Pope John Paul II state that Iraq was an unjust war before he died? Yes, he did. Did anyone also state on websites for religion one can look up that God is doing this to prove that He does exist? So I guess here is how it goes:
The Devil is running the war end, and God is running the natural weather end. I do not mean Bush either as one of those or the family either.
If I were you I would not worry about it or even think about it, because afterall it sounds as if your part is small enough to begin with. Everyday, I know that there are people who in a sense who wish that other people would come to harm. In fact I seen it just on the road again today by people driving their vehicles in the snow-filled streets of a major snowstorm. Ah, such is life then. Personally you would have to be one of the physical people then that actually does the act. Should I state it here as to my recent saying:
Capitalism without ethics or socialism without ethics tends to put the concepts down in the sewer with the garbage of the seeming politics that unfolds. And also I explained all of this to my Senator also some months ago. So much, it looks as if by the time I must go.

Have a good day, and if anyone wants to, try and smile at least sometime in a day.

(I will have to figure if I can think of any more questions, but for now, I guess I should have time to do something else. All questions have been answered.)
Thanks!

Could no_one817 and zx4551 be the same person or persons?

Apparently I have far too much time on my hands, and am incredibly bored, but I've spent the last couple hours trying to find any evidence for this theory.

I've found precious little, but here's what I did find:

First, it began with a gut feeling, so I began searching, reading through their posts.

Exhibit A: "wont"

Both posters seem to remember the apostrophe in their contractions more often than not. However, in every instance in which they use the word "won't", the apostrophe is missing.

zx only uses it once, and it can be found here.

I'm sure that the government wont be able to catch me if I stay careful, ...

Emphasis is mine, and note the context it's used. Replace "government" with "ATS". Subliminal perhaps?

817 uses "wont" several times - in each of the following posts (including the opening post of this Q and A thread): Here, here, here, and here - that last one actually occuring on zx's 2nd thread.

Nowhere (and admittedly, I read through a whole lot of posts) did I see either poster use the apostrophe to make the contraction "won't".

Exhibit B: "I am human"

Compare zx's statement in this post:

I am human and do need to do human things.

with 817's statement here:

I'm a human, not a robot.

Exhibit C: Dis-similar posting style

817 replies post by post to each query posed to him, whereas zx replies to multiple queries in single, lengthy posts.

Could this be a deliberate tactic employed to give the illusion of two seperate posters?

Exhibit D: ip addresses and other accounts

Only the mods and TPTB can answer for sure whether these two posters are coming through unique IP addresses, and even if they are the same person, I think it's quite likely that they would be coming through unique IP's. I'm not savvy on the tech stuff, but surely there's a program or programs available that can shield or distort an IP address.

Think back to 817's first post, which is here. "Testing 817", in which he claims he is testing IP tracking. Well, maybe that's exactly what he was doing.

I went back through the member list, to see if anything jumped out, and sure enough, on THE SAME DAY that no_one817 joined, another member named TRUTH817 also joined. That member has exactly ZERO posts and is BANNED.

Maybe those first IP tracking tests failed?

So are no_one817 ans zx4551 the same person? I believe it's possible.

Even if they are the same person, does that mean that he doesn't work at Area 51? Not necessarily.

Does it mean that I stayed up too late going through a bunch of posts word for word on ATS tonight. Yes.

Finally, since this is no_one817's thread, I'll ask a question:

How many ATS accounts do you currently, or have you ever had?

Let's see if I've got the story right so far.

Mr X. works for a private security firm at Area51 where he's one of hundreds of guys that de-brief all the other employees daily.

He doesn't know anything about any of the projects or what anybody is doing, even though it's his job to ask them questions about what they're doing.

George Bush and his inner sanctum of top administration, pentagon, justice department and intelligence agency heads couldn't put together a plan on their own so they ask "some guys" at an airforce base to come up with a plan to kill US citizens and at least one presidential candidate before the general election, to allow the administration to instigate martial law and delay the election.

These guys agree to do this because they're promised more funding for their secret alien reverse engineering work in return. Hopefully they'll be able to buy a coke machine and a microwave for the cafeteria now.

Every day these guys are stopped by private security agents like our Mr X. and asked about their day, what they had for lunch, and how their secret plan is going. Occasionally they're given polygraphs and sacked if they're not telling the truth about the secret plan.

Only Mr X. stands in the way of this despicable plot and risks certain death by bringing his story to... a bunch of pimply teenagers on an internet chat board.

Hopefully I'm up to speed now, so please continue.

My thinking is the same as yours. My first instinct was through his use of language. Then I replied to him in an early post asking if this thread was a continuation of the ZX post. He stated it was a misunderstanding, not that it was not a continuation of someone totally different. Then during last nights postings between the two I paid attention to the timing. Zx signs off then a couple of minutes later no_one 187 signs on.

That's actually pretty good work. I have to say the dissimilar posting style did throw me off course. I normally pick up on stuff like this, but I felt the posting styles were far too different for them to be the same person. Also, it's not that hard to get an IP that can't be traced back to you. All you need is Tor and Privoxy. If I remember correctly most of the proxies on there can't be traced.

I can promise you , myself and zx are not the same person. Yes, I did register truth 817. For whatever reason, I changed names while testing ip's. The name had nothing to do with the ip, but I changed to this one and decided to use this.

I'm sure the mods can confirm we are not the same person. 'Wont' is reaching a bit, don't you think? I've posted A LOT in the short time I've been here, you're bound to find a similarity or two to anyone.

Hey...interesting thread.

I'm wondering, and excuse my ignorance on these matters, why the need to be interviewed or questioned on the way out all the time? It seems like a large number of employees do you job and if everyone is telling important details, it seems like a security threat to me...more that know the more that can blab.

I guess I'm asking what the main point of your job is and how does it enhance security there? I'm probably missing something obvious.

Thanks...
