KASSEL, Germany (Reuters) - A German cannibal was convicted of manslaughter but not murder Friday for killing and eating a man who had asked to die, and he was sentenced to eight and a half years in jail.

Well, the guy asked to die, so wasn't true murder, and while cannabalism is sick, but as far as I know, it isn't illegal to commit cannabalism.
