LOL! Yeah, I know what you mean. My lunch breaks were not the same, eating my subway sandwiches and having no conspiracy to read...

I spent the day shopping so I wouldn't miss ATS
but now that I am broke again...I am glad to have ATS back. Thanks Skeptic Overlord and whomever else that worked on restoring it so quickly

I was missing ATS too. Good thing we're back since I was starting to miss the place.

Status as of 9:40 AM EST General issues The work on the server is not yet complete, so you may still experience brief intermittent downtime throughout the day. ATS Blogs will return, however, not until later this afternoon or evening (EST). There was a loss of about 4 hours of posts from Sunday as the final site database backup contained an error, and I needed to revert to one that was performed in the morning. Backup Problems The ATS/BST/ATSNN backup was well over 350 megs of files. Since there was never a need to recover files previously, I wasn't aware of a minor problem the backup routine had with large files (it's been upgraded). So there is some corruption in a few places. ATSNN Submissions, Upload, and Store are offline as there was some minor corruption in those backed up files. I'm attempting to recover them from an older backup, or versions on my development drive (not with me). BTS has several minor issues related to backups as well, these may take longer to track down and may not be repaired until I get home. Performance Our PHP optimization software is not yet installed since we need to wait for all other performance enhancements to complete first (someone has been hired to optimize the server). You may experience occasional slow loading of pages.
