I did a search because I remember seeing this issue posted berfore, but I couldn't find the post.

I can log in from work just fine, but I can't get on at home. I thought I saw in the old post that I need to clear the cookies and cache. I did both, but it acts like I entered the wrong password.

it's a built in security system here at ATS. This way, THEY won't find out where you live...

Try getting a new password?

What combination of computer/browser are you using? Did it ever work from home? Can you log-in at BTS?

I am running Windows 98 and IE 6.0X Every now and then I can log on to ATS. I don't think I tried to logon to BTS, I will try tonight.

Is there a maximum number of concurent logins? I will check all of the computers here and make sure I am logged out on each one.

Could his IP have been blocked? If he is on dialup at home, his IP may have changed at home?...someone previously IP banned at ATS may live nearby and have trashed the IP that many in the area may randomly hook up on when dialing in...and at work being a static IP?

Just a thought.
