No-Confidence Vote Looms Over Iraq's PM

(CBS) For four years, Iraqis have been waiting in lines at gas stations in Baghdad, waiting for their lives to get better. But, as CBS News chief foreign correspondent Lara Logan reports, the situation has gotten worse and their government is now in crisis.

That has led senior Iraqi leaders to demand drastic change. CBS News has learned that on July 15, they plan to ask for a no-confidence vote in the Iraqi parliament as the first step to bringing down the government of Prime Minister Maliki

They plan on having this vote on July 15th, that's also the
deadline Syria is giving its citizens to leave neighboring Lebanon.

I found it interesting that the US is actively trying to oust Maliki,
and that Dick Cheney personally went there to make it happen.

I think this No-Confidence vote and the fact
leaders are telling Iraqis to take up arms is a sign
that civil unrest is about to reach a whole new level.
