"Plans must be made to remove at least 4 billion people from the globe in the next few decades if humanity is to survive the upcoming energy crash," says Democrat grassroots golden boy Michael Ruppert, author of "Crossing the Rubicon," and publisher-editor of "From the Wilderness." Unlike other depopulation advocates, Ruppert thinks ordinary people should participate in making the decisions about who's gotta go, instead of letting the "Global Elite" call the shots. Either way, depopulation is the Final Solution. Priming voters for an opinion poll, the InterNet offers a smorgasbord of hate, designed to identify and target 'useless eaters.'

www.guerrillanews.com
"Ruppert Endorses 4 Billion World Population Reduction ...it was extremely shocking to read Ruppert’s endorsement of the Malthusian worldview. ...The only difference is that Ruppert recommends that the Global Elite not be the ones to make the decisions as to who gets the “Get Out of Earth Free” Monopoly cards."

After the scandal created by Henry Kissinger's "Population Control" Policy in 1990, governments and most global organizations stopped using the words 'control' and 'reduction' in reference to population. Still, Kissinger's US Population Control Policy has not been rewritten, and virtually every major world organization has a "population" agenda, overtly concerned with health and resource availability. Even the World Bank has a Population Council in its Human Development Department.

Picking up where governments and other non-government organizations had to leave off, select environmental organizations became the vanguard for the 'population control' movement. The Sierra Club led the way with its claim: "The "population explosion" has severely disturbed the ecological relationships between human beings and the environment. It has caused an increasing scarcity of wilderness and wildlife and has impaired the beauty of whole regions, as well as reducing the standards and the quality of living. ...the Sierra Club supports a greatly increased program of education on the need for population control."

In the same vein, the National Wildlife Foundation "encourages the President of the United States to initiate action, both in this country and abroad, which will result in the development of plans and/or programs to curtail the present expansion of human populations." Defenders of Wildlife states "Failure to curb the rate of world population growth will magnify the deterioration of the Earth's environment and natural resources and undermine economic and social progress."

Other environmental groups make the environment-population connection, but shift the emphasis. As Northwest Environment Watch states, "Population growth is not the root cause, but is a major contributor to environmental problems along with polluting technologies, inefficient infrastructure, heavy resource consumption and market economies blind to ecological value."

Scratch the surface of any issue, any government or organization, and you will find today's most fundamental question asked and answered:

Should the human population be controlled to support the system, or should the system be changed to support life?

The "Depopulation to Support the System" movement is well-funded and masterfully orchestrated, with arms everywhere, like an octopus, and fingers in every pie. Barely camouflaged, the depopulation agenda informs and dominates virtually every major social and economic concern: from education reform to genetic manipulation, healthcare, resource use, and the women's movement. Even language is not immune: now common catch-phrases promote depopulation principles.

One of the more graphic depopulation slogans is "useless eaters," a phrase attributed to Kissinger but most likely originating from the early Eugenics Movement. Used with increasing regularity over the past four years, 'useless eaters' is now an accepted part of the English language, as are its assumptions. In a nutshell, useless eaters are just that - unnecessary, unwanted, unwelcome - designated targets for hate and disenfranchisement, if not outright extermination.

The twin campaigns of hate and fear-mongering recently accelerated, especially in InterNet forums and message boards. This assault's intensity rivals the combined fury of all the early 1900's Eugenics fronts: The KKK; programs to incarcerate and sterilize the "unfit"; anti-immigration movements; and "mercy" killing. Today's targets include terrorists, abusers, murderers, nationalities, religions, race, the disabled, unhealthy, fat and unemployed - and all are rationally justified. Pick an easily identifiable feature or vulnerability; it's on the list, tagged as unwanted and inferior. The only question left is how to organize the list, in order of priority.

New Report on Saudi Government Publications in US

Hate and fear hijack reason - and passion sabotages informed public debate. Back in 2002, Ruppert tried to focus the public's attention on the real stakes, in an article he published on his website, "Population Reduction of 3 Billion A Global Necessity?"

"What will the members of the oil coup do when they realize they are losing control? If faced with starving, angry masses throughout the world, in the first world as well as the third world - what would be the response of the oil coup? Would they roll over and die, or would they strike back with everything available? It is truly to be hoped that they do not foresee this contingency, or they may decide to unleash biological warfare on the population of the entire world."

www.fromthewilderness.com...

Kerry gave it his best shot when he told voters, "100 million Americans are chronically disabled." Today, Ruppert's message is clear: Depopulation already is accepted as necessary; the only question left open for democratic input is "Who's gotta go?" The underlying question is moot, already answered, vote closed, ballots counted.

Should the human population be controlled to support the system, or should the system be changed to support life?

While I definatley don't dig on controlling the masses in ways that would be necessary to pull off population control, I don't think its even a viable solution to change the system to support the people. Natural resources are limited, human population isint. If left unchecked we would eventually overwhelm the planet and strip it of all resources irregardless of how little of each it took to make something or feed a person.

Something that has come to mind and probably has been touched on in simliar discussion is benefits for those who dont breed and add to the population of the planet and perhaps increases in taxes on those who have large familes. It might seem messed up (even I think it is) but it would definatley over time convince people that breeding wasnt worth the higher cost in taxes.

Good post, but i dont think so somehow. No way would this be allowed, and it couldnt be forced if this was against the popular view. Basically all the points are valid, but theres not much one can do about it, I guess nature will bring our population under control in coming century.

In a way, our society already accepts this, as long as it doesn't happen to us, or anyone we know. I'm thinking of a little place called Africa, in particular.

Many educated people argue that the 'population crisis' is manufactured - and the real crisis results from industrial abuse of the planet's resources, like using billions of gallons of fresh water for industrial processes, letting unsold food rot, etc..

If left unchecked we would eventually overwhelm the planet and strip it of all resources irregardless of how little of each it took to make something or feed a person.

Biologists point out that life is hard wired to react to illness and stress with reproduction - a 'survival of the species' thing - and that if the world's population was healthy and 'unstressed,' the population would balance itself naturally and drop, not rise.

I don't think its even a viable solution to change the system to support the people.

...So who do you pick to die?

A better question: If you were personally responsible for choosing who would survive and who would be executed, and you knew for a fact that the executions would not be necessary if a few changes were made - would you vote to make the changes?

It already is happening, without public knowledge. Prion diseases are epidemic and spreading - but the public is being mis-informed and lied to outright.

Please, at least scan through these 2 threads, about Mad Cow and other prion diseases in the USA:

Neither nature not democracy will have any say in the matter - the "Chosen Elite" are already doing it, according to their own terms and values.

I honestly dont think killing would be necessary with just a few simple changes of legislation. The rate of human death is only trumped by the rate at which we reporuduce. Given the issues across the world just cutting back on the number of children born would affect the world population. Of course if the route to kill off people is chosen its not necessary to pick who lives and dies, just pick two or more opposing nations and set them at each others throat to let them thin out the population as necessary; except that as you pointed out strife and such causes an increase in breeding instead of a decrease, so all these wars we previously thought were thinning the population are actually going to jack it way up, talk about bass-ackwards.

Why would the ruling elite wipe out the industralized nations? That doesnt make sense really. I've noticed that the great bulk of BSE infections are related to North American and European nations, why would prions be allowed to wipe out the people that support the elites? I mean if you wipe out the working class what would you be left with? Those are also very interesting links you provided, thanks!

The Sad-Scary thing is I beileve it's true about the decisions and choices are indeed already been made. Why else would stem cell research and cloning be impeeded and restricted? Not a good time to be poor, starving, disabled, or unhealthy. Mad cow- Bird flu- HIV- SIDS what next?

And yet a part of me understands the simple logic. People still reproduce whitout thought or love for their own offsprings. Generations after generations making the same mistakes and poor life decisions without performing the simplest of duties...... preparing our children to survive and pull thier own weight in Society.

The obvious first step is "control" yet as a whole (China, India, African nations, the USA) we are no where near understanding or performing simply the "responable" thing to do, let alone see the "big picture".

It is kind of painfull to regonize and realize the inevatable. God bless my two children and heaven help them to cope in the world they are destine to inherit If they indeed survive the next 15-20 years.

Excellent post Sofi.

Very much agreed about the sinister nature of the prion diseases. This is going to be much worse a disease than we had originally thought I'm afraid. Being that the prion diseases have infiltrated basically everything, and there is no real way to kill them, This is bad.
Is it a man-made disease? I don't know if i would go that far, however I would say that if there is a conspiracy afoot, that it would be the Federal Government blocking further research. On a different thread, Soficrow had made a statement that scientists aren't allowed to even mention it.
It is my understanding that some people are immune, and that a vaccine to immunize against it is not an impossibility.

The humane solution is to start limiting population growth. I doubt seriously if there's a conspiracy to force countries to dissolve through some form of catastrophy, even though we do allow ethnic cleansing to continue, hoping that will slowgrowth in some corners of the world. But the answer is not small fractional wars in Africa, Africa is a big country and as yet there Aren't even a billion people spread through-out that continent, it merely needs ist. world co-operation and infracture growth to pull it out of poverty. Most of the worlds food could be grown in Africa.

Italy has achieved a declining birth-rate in spite, Japan, switzerland, the list goes on.

The biggest problems are in India, China, And Latoin America, where a single word from the Pope would start a chain reaction of population slow-down that would stagger the imagination.
Population control must be taught, early.

Teach our kids the ABC's\
teach them how to read
Arithmetic andd science
but teach them how to breed

There's destructive population growth
appeasing our big need
we satisfy our sexual want
and forget about the seed

Teach
them of the strain on earth
of growing all the feed
teach it, though the righteous
will screamuntil they bleed

Why would the ruling elite wipe out the industralized nations?

Because the populations are becoming a drain on the system, they are not needed to support it - and because they're getting uppity.

I've noticed that the great bulk of BSE infections are related to North American and European nations,

..an illusion. The grandaddy of all prion diseases appeared in the USA in the early 1900's - called fibromuscular dysplasia, it spread to turkeys in the USA by 1980, steelhead trout by 1981, and quail in Japan by 1996.

One common mutation leads to cancer - now found spreading throughout the animal world, including in fish and ocean creatures.

* The causes of death in patients with carotid FMD were heart attack (44.4%), cancer (33.3%) and stroke (22.2%) – now the three leading causes of death in the USA, in that order.
Fibromuscular dysplasia of the internal carotid artery: long-term surgical results. J Cardiovasc Surg (Torino). 1993 Dec;34(6):465-72. Moreau P, Albat B, Thevenet A. Service de Chirurgie Thoracique et Cardio-Vasculaire, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire, Montpellier, France. PMID: 8300709

...and yes, fibromuscular dysplasia pathology is found in AIDS, SARS, and avian flu - just to name a few. We're talking out of control mutations here - with vaccines and treatments available only for the "chosen."

why would prions be allowed to wipe out the people that support the elites?

Because they're no longer needed. For example:

Robot Soldiers Headed for Iraq

Fly-eating robot powers itself
www.abovetopsecret.com...

...And for complete independence from the working classes, even in old age and decrepitude:

I mean if you wipe out the working class what would you be left with?

A few support classes will chosen and bred for certain abilities, according to function. Maybe sex slaves, entertainers, and a few physicists..... and how could I forget - for spare parts, like stem cells.

It's called non-intervention, or "benign neglect." Essentially, it's an opportunistic solution designed to neutralize the problem of democracy - by letting voters get too sick to function, and forcing the healthy to support the slowly dying.

6 billion - 4 billion leaves 2 billion. Plenty to dominate.

we're talking prions here, and yes, they're mutating like crazy - but the 'chosen' think they've got it covered. ...Think gene manipulation technologies, personalized medicaine and stem cell therapies - all much, much further along than we're led to believe.

Read the posts and check out the links - infectious prions are everywhere - you're better off eating a varied diet - the different strains fight with one another, and your healthy cells come out ahead.

I think the point is that we would have no choice. Acceptance is not even an issue. Did we accept AIDS? no. Plague? no. BSE? no. I do hope it is not the case. Where did AIDS come from by the way?

Demand massive testing and access to treatments and vaccines. Demand clean ups, and effective sterilization and decontamination of hospitals and food production factories, to start. Demand that chemicals and toxins be removed from our food and the environment because they trigger the diseases and make them progress.

Demand that Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and controls be up-graded and implemented.

Again. The technology does exist to kill these suckers. It's just not used. Implementing the new effective measures will cost, and no one is doing it voluntarily.
