it's surprising how inviting they are, apparently i'm a special case. i take several narcotics, i just NEED to get rid of one of them. and it's so vexing because of the clarity sheet i was given at the beginning saying that no drug is different from another, etc, and to treat them all the same. I want to keep my prescriptions =|, they help me function properly. just need to get rid of one that isn't prescription. It's just not that easy, I suppose it helps to have some encouragement and suggestion.

Try to replace one bad habit for something you enjoy...it's okay if you can't change over night but maybe tomorrow do one thing you used to really enjoy, like maybe painting, or art work...etc...or walk out your front door and get outside and see the sky...it's a start

would be nice to enjoy doing art again.

been unknowingly playing this on my music player on repeat for the past 30 or so minutes.. uncaringly.. i suppose it fits the mood.. some music always fits my mood.
