ATS Headline News 2019: [Feb 2014]

Just for fun I thought to post some possible headlines for five years in the future. These headlines BTW while not a prediction into our near future are quite probable based on current trends in today’s headlines. So while not a prediction per say, lets call it a pretty good educated guess and leave it at.

As the food riots in Detroit entered their third week and spilled into neighboring cities, Chicago and Philadelphia. Governor Berry blamed the fuel shortage that crippled the nations trucking industry as the real cause of so much suffering.

“Without our truck drivers bringing in a constant and steady supply of produce it is simply impossible to keep up with demand! People are dying and there's not a damn thing we can do about it!”

Once again President Hart was unavailable for comment.

Transportation Secretary Michel McDonald in an address to the special Senate subcommittee blamed the problem on commodities speculators.
“Madam Foreman, None of us at state could have predicted the overnight spike in fuel prices from $8.27 to more then $23 per gallon. In our current free market system the government has no current regulations to limit or prevent wholesalers from demanding any price they ask. The unfortunate result is diesel and gasoline are now simply too expensive burn in trucks and automobiles.”

Arizona national guard troops suspected in last months massacre on California refugees:
Special prosecutor Mark Gomez from the States District Attorneys Office has indicted 6 more National Guard members in last months attack on a Blythe CA. FEMA camp killing more than sixty Refugees from the LA basin disaster. ADA Gomez told our ATS reporter,

“It's not enough to find and punish the solders responsible for the murders, we want the person or persons who authorized the use of deadly force on unarmed civilians!”

Johnson Control systems, the first company to win FDA approval to implant computer and memory chips directly into the brains of humans for the treatment of Alzheimer, has announced today they will no longer offer the Microsoft OS in the popular Omega branded chip-sets. Citing security concerns over recent hacking attempts. Those persons who have the Z007 thru 2300 series chips are encouraged to log onto Google for a free upgrade.

According to the latest US census. Caucasian's now make up the second largest minority group of American Citizens.

Wall Mart to close 8000 stores. Officials at Wall Mart said due the current trade embargo with China over human rights violations, Wall Mart no longer has a source for products or goods to offer in their stores. Following their announcement shares in Wall Marts stock was pulled from trade floors leaving millions of investors penniless.

With the major war in the Middle East with American forces fighting Iran...Oil has been halted to the U.S. is at a standstill. With one of the coldest winters in history in 2015 ....people can't get fuel oil.... 1,0000's of Americans in the Northeast Freezing to Death!
