Seems everybody is playing a game of vagueness sprinkled with hyperbole. Basic political garbage.

Reids problem is that his first statement was definitive. The biggest mistake any politician can make is to say "x is y". Never take a firm position on anything and never ever make any definitive statements about anything. Always speak as though you being interrogated for a crime you actually committed.

I feel this is true of about 99% of our current congress critters.

but consider what a judge recently showed about aspects of Obamacare law... that all doctors will be paid the same regardless of their expertise or area of concentration, and the govt will have access to your bank account and will be able to take money out of it at will.
Does anybody really accept that as a good thing? If so, why?

So, if Obamacare is so great then why isn't Congress using it? Why are they exempt?

I guess I am a liar also. Our (the wife's and my) insurance rates have doubled. Thanks "Affordable Care Act".

Now my wife is covered in case she gets pregnant. Problem is, she doesn't have the hardware and she is over 50. Not gonna tell ya my age lol.

Hardly anyone even rudimentary look into OPs anymore. I was over at my families, and this subject was being complained about on FOX which I think many here have heard about it and are now commenting on it without even knowing what was said.

I think its time for Mr. Reid to step down. Or be removed. He is CLEARLY oblivious to reality.

I think its time we as American's are allowed to impose term limits on our politicians. Maybe.. just maybe they will become a little less corrupt if they've only got a max of 8 years in term.

No mystery...Obama has been caught outright lying about it so they absolutely must divert attention.

I predict that by 2016 elections there are going to be a whole lotta pissed off people.

It was a simple demonstrable fact that catastrophic plans for young people on esurance.com doubled and tripped from 2013 to 2014. In my state, it's such an abortion that they somehow managed to make the catastrophic policies more expensive than the bronze.

As it turns out...Snopes seems to think the judge's letter was based on an earlier unpassed bill, but I did find this other article about Medicaid and found it kind of scary

Let me put it this way....Obamacare is full of awful stuff designed to control us and bankrupt us and I think it is downright evil.
From a Statist point of view, socialized medicine takes the premise that government knows what is best for us and that we must all pay the price for the common good. Michelle Obama said it loud and clear when she said that we all must give up some of our pie so others can have more. That is a Marxist based philosophy, wealth redistribution for the common good. But Obamacare is so convoluted and the truth is that socialized anything ends up being bad for everyone, but the proponents like to claim that it is all the fault of greedy capitalist pigs. Somehow Congress got exempted from all this common good they voted on but did not read....and Congress knew that it would not apply to them. In other words, this socialist crap is for us commoners but not for the elites(and of course the Rothschilds knew that all along).

Others have given their stories, and I started a thread since the first of the year. I am living an insurance nightmare. And I have private insurance, not even in the exchange.

I may have cancer, and the insurance denied my precert for surgery. It was still doable, but that's not the point. The med prices are killing me, the premiums are outrageous, and if I do have cancer, I may not be able to pay for chemo at 26k a treatment!
