But you forget, Australia is a small, insignificant, island in the Pacific, not the largest most important landmass on the planet!

unfortunately for Australia it has been warming and drying for millions of years. it was once a lush rain forest and started changing as it migrated on it's present course towards eurasia. whether there is AGW or not, Australia is screwed climate wise and will be for millions of years. don't complain about it. you guys moved there.

It is pretty funny seeing this, and I remember back then a lot of people laughing about it the same as people laugh at "predictions" that never happen..

What is even more hilarious about this, is that back then people were responding to "their" dire warnings and telling them to stop burning coal and that will stop this pending ice age, that was besides telling them they were full of crapola, but of course since the whole thing was a scam they have not reduced coal burning enough to remotely change anything, assuming it would even. They made even more coal burning power plants since then.

The same is true today and coal burning is the biggest contributor to carbon output in the world. Since Al gore's so called documentary and government propaganda there has been no big push to stop burning coal because those industries would lose money instead of citizens, and they want citizens to pay for these industries pollution.

If we are ever forced to do this, those industries will double down on that and make even more coal fired power plants.

It is simply history repeating itself.

Just watch what the criers do, not what they say.

My attitude really got soured with the climate models using the incomplete data points and then trying to scare the stuffing's out of everyone until the actual temps fell out of the bottom of their highly touted graphs.. The models were sold as real until nothing matched, not past, present, or the future of 2000 or 2010.... OK time for a new models with predetermination's (programing) to fit the agenda is another possibility and round two add infinitude with climate change ...

Interestingly enough, those same "scientific" computer models that are dictating world policies have NEVER, EVER once been validated by other outside scientists (an absolute must in every other branch of science). NEVER.

If that doesn't go against every known scientific principle, I don't know what does.

It's the screaming elephant in the room that, apparently, everybody is perfectly "okay" with.
