This same story about aerosols from tiny volcanoes performing acrobatic leaps into the stratosphere gets regurgitated and recirculated every two years or so.

Because every two years or so studies based on computer modeling don't agree with real life.

And we have to start looking for where all the extra junk came from.

Because observational evidence of all the daily spewing from jets is just too obvious.

So now "they" are telling stories about volcano ash in the atmosphere?

This is big science, it's much more than one guy saying it. I think your tin foil is cutting into your brain.

Everything is not a conspiracy.

Your post is a joke. Just like the recycled story you put up in the OP. Don't you all remember this:

NASA Discovers 'Twilight Zone' of New Air Particles

An extensive and previously unknown “twilight zone” of particles in the atmosphere could complicate scientists’ efforts to determine how much the Earth's climate will warm in the future, a new study finds.

What appears as clear sky around a cloud as seen from the ground through a digital camera (left) actually has a twilight zone of light-reflecting particles around it (right).

The previously unknown ingredient in the atmospheric mixture of particles will have to be factored into models that try to predict how the atmosphere influences the change of global temperatures.

And 6 years later we're still looking for where the extra trash came from. And we're still thinking that maybe some of it can be attributed to tiny volcanoes. Unreal.

"Global Warming" or "Climate Change" are both terms for the same thing: corporate junk science used to bilk us of more of our money. Get freaking over it, already. There is nothing "wrong" with our weather... it's just weather. I recall 1978 being much worse, and an ice age didn't begin then... nor will it now. If it did? Nature. We can't fix nature... it is what it is....

As far as HAARP? It's not controlling the weather, because that's not its purpose. It functions like a "Jedi Mind trick" amplifier, suggesting to the weakest minded amongst us that "global warming will kill us all... pass it on... global warming will kill us all... pass it on"...

You didn't read that article very well - it has nothing to do with volcanoes as you seemingly suggest - it is about the effects of the volumes immediately surrounding clouds that have not previously been understood, and hence not modeled in simulations of the atmosphere.

This is what real science does - it INVESTIGATES STUFF..... and it FINDS STUFF WE DIDN'T KNOW OR APPRECIATE BEFORE.

And when it figures it out it helps us UNDERSTAND - in this case it helps us make a better model of how the atmosphere behaves.

Here's the abstract:

Improved characterization of aerosol properties in the vicinity of clouds is important for better understanding two critical aspects of climate: aerosol-cloud interactions and the direct radiative effect of aerosols. Satellite measurements have provided important insights into aerosol properties near clouds, but also suggested that the observations can be affected by 3-D radiative processes and instrument blurring not considered in current data interpretation methods. This study examines systematic changes in particle properties and radiation fields that influence satellite measurements of aerosols in the vicinity of clouds. For this, the paper presents a statistical analysis of a yearlong global dataset of co-located MODIS and CALIOP observations and theoretical simulations. The results reveal that CALIOP-observed aerosol particle size and optical thickness, and MODIS-observed solar reflectance increase systematically in a wide transition zone around clouds. It is estimated that near-cloud changes in particle populations – including both aerosols and undetected cloud particles – are responsible for roughly two thirds of the observed increase in 0.55 μm MODIS reflectance. The results also indicate that 3-D radiative processes significantly contribute to near-cloud reflectance enhancements, while instrument blurring does not.

so there's nothing particularly surprising about these particles - they are not new types, they are not aluminium or barium of strontium - they are just an intermediate zone between clouds and "proper" clear air that was not previously understood.

Your post is a joke.

NO, the time I did a thread on white mice being the content of chemtrails was a joke. This is common sense. (I know, a lost cause here) I just don't get it with you. You get bent out of shape about silly little things, and there is still an 800 pound gorilla eating your lunch.

HAARP is not controlling weather. If "they" did have a means to do that, you would know nothing about it. "they" certainly wouldn't build a huge facility and invite you to come in for tours. LOL.

I do applaud your consistency. Maybe one day you will stumble over something that does matter.

No one fixes the climate for a simple reason. They really can't. The see what's going to happen, and tell us it's one thing, when really it's another.

They lie to us, becuase they can only maipulate small parts of the weather.

Yea, it makes much more sense for it to be a massive conspiracy.
Or not.

Was the 22,000lb Grand Slam ever considered for that? It was nicknamed the earthquake bomb when dropped on land targets due to it's devastating effects.
edit on 24-2-2014 by waynos because: (no reason given)

i seem to recall they tried willis's "earthquake bombs", to set off a volcano, but it failed. the general premise of the "earthquake bomb" was that it burrowed into the ground, so instead of just making a big explosion to damage things it hit, it would create a "shock wave" in the ground to cause damage. especially things like bridges, tunnels and underground bunkers, also did a nice job on the massive reinforced concrete sub pens. i think if you looked at it, this type of bomb is still in use, only they are now called "bunker busters".

The constant claim is that HAARP is used to control the weather. It can do anything from move hurricanes, to make volcanoes explode. If it was anything like that, then Climate Change should be a thing of the past.

Volcanic eruptions over the past decade or so have cooled global lower-atmosphere temperatures to a statistically significant degree, concludes an article published online in Nature Geoscience. Incorporating these volcanic influences into climate models reduces the difference between observed and computer-simulated surface temperature trends between 1998 and 2012 by up to 15 per cent.

Spending billions to release particulates into the upper atmosphere would not be needed. Just blow a few more volcanoes.

But since the climate issue still exists, is it not reasonable to assume that perhaps we don't have control over things like steering hurricanes and when volcanoes blow?

here is the big thing. there seems to be more than ample evidence that climate change, is real and has been for as long as we are able to go back in history. after all what is an "ice age" in not climate change?

so if we can see that climate change has been a naturally occurring force. so if it is "natural" why should we want to "fix" it? the REAL problem is the fact people are being told "we caused this", THAT makes it seem like a problem that "needs" to be corrected. now here is the thing, and it scares the piss out of me. what happens when some well meaning moron who buys into "human caused climate change" tries to FIX IT? what DAMAGE could be caused by this? seriously we are talking about doing something to something we don't fully understand. it could cause an ice age, it could cause severe drought so that all the water ends up locked up in the polar ice caps, or even accidentally released into space, killing every living being on the planet because we all need water. unforeseen results tend to happen when "tinkering" with things we don't fully understand. take a look at "junior". he is 8 years old and has watched his elder brother playing with "gunpowder". all he "understands" is that his brother pours some on the ground and lights a wick, that there is a big flash and smoke, it's really "cool". so he figures lets put it in this can, so he fills up the can, puts in the fuse, boom, junior has no more hands. junior lost his hands because he tried to do something with something he had very little understanding of. and with this we are dealing with something that will effect the whole planet.

And we are on the same page with this.
Even some of the hard core AGW folks seem to at least admit there is still things we need to learn before all the questions are answered.

Every time we look at "global climate" we look at thousands of years where things changed, yet with AGW, less than 100 years is all that's needed to completely have it all figured out.

Deserts used to be lush rain forests, Greenland had green coastline, Lots of things have changed over LONG periods of time.
