Hi Everyone!

We are having a snow storm, and I was conned into babysitting a hyper 7-year old today.
I will be alternating my time between banging my forehead against the wall and licking the window panes.
Apparently writing my story is only a priority to me, lol.

I can heartily recommend the TRS2014 Toddler Restraint System.
it has never let me down.


AND before anyone goes mental!!! That is my wee Dougie, in my brother-in-laws dog cage, and he went in there all by himself and WOULDN'T COME OUT!!!
It took us 20 minutes to coax him!!! LOL

I can borrow it for you (Jacy) if you like?? LOL

I'll be busy too today with laundry and stuff. Tomorrow it will be Mom's laundry. Also cleaning out some junk draws. Lord, who needs all this stuff?? There are things in there I didn't even know I had. I did find something cool I forgot I had, it's this chain and bead thing that you drape over a wine bottle. Ok, who needs this many knives or rolls of scotch tape or glue or straws...I don't even use straws. Was I worried about a straw shortage or something?

Gordy, Thanx for the Tour! Nice area you are in there. We left our home of of 23 yrs. Had a nice big backyard like yours, and there was a park across the street from us. It was 4 blocks wide, we lived like right in the middle, lookin out from our front porch, it was like bein out in the country!

Yeah, I was actually born in this house!
I moved away when I was in my 20's then moved back when my mum retired to a smaller property.
I love it. There are green fields in every direction.
Wild heather moorland, pine forests and wee lochans (small lochs - or lakes) at the back.
Loads of streams, walks, golf courses! Country pubs & villages.
But we're only 30 minutes from Glasgow, the biggest city in Scotland!
...and about an hour from Edinburgh, capital of Scotland,
...and about 45 minutes from the coast/beaches,
...and less than an hour and a half from the start of the highlands!

Best of all worlds really. (Apart from.... the midges!!! and the weather!) LOL

Oh, I'm still around. Just checking up on the other forums. We're still catching the snow here. It's heavy stuff and lots of wind. So I'm hunkering down for the day. I get bored doing that, so I see a lot of naps in the near future.
