Good Lord! We've been worried about you!
((((((HUG))))))

Geez, you have some catching up to do! (Ricki...you have some 'splaining to do!)

Oh, and the mailman said if he catches me stalking him he's having me charged.
Some people have no sense of humour.

It has been one of those unusually fast paced days hasn't it? Hit the hay Gordi, I know it's getting late over yonder.

Right now I feel like I'm finally catching my second wind. Should be a restful night when I finally lay down.

But I'm a light sleeper ladies, there will be no painting up my face tonight.

Ma man!
I have a confession! ooohhH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I giggled like a schoolgirl, when reading your thanks to "us" for cheering you up!
Why?
Because every time I see you post here it lifts my spirits!

In truth... YOU Cheer US up!!!

You have been a breath of fresh air to me, and I am proud (and glad) to call you my friend and my bro.

We have a wee saying in Scotland.... Lang may yer Lum Reek!
(It's a silly way of saying.... may your (fire) hearth be warm for a loooong time!!)
Syx - Lang May Yer Lumb Reek!

Although.... there is a corrupted version, which may be more applicable to True and Jane... Lang May Yer Rum Leak!!! LOL

HUG THE DAWG!!!!
How are you bro??
I'm fine - I may need to go to bed at some point but... LOL

(btw - Playing drums is very.... physical! It gets the adrenalin flowing, and it's VERY hard to "calm down" for a couple of hours after...)
But in the meantime... I'm here, I'm... trying to chill..... LOL

One of the first songs guitarist would learn was smoke on the water by Deep Purple. LOL

I took a few guitar lessons way back when, but they were teaching me twinkle twinkle little star. I was like what the hell, I wanted to be playing Black Sabbath or something. LOL

Well, I've been IN IT!
It sits on a wee hill, overlooking a stream.
Pretty much a ruin now...but Oh My!! It must have been sooo beautiful in its day.

I'll take you there when you come over to Scotland!

There is a cafe nearby... "Taylors" One of the oldest bakeries in the area...
All I'm going to say is.... Homemade Banoffee pie!!! and great coffee.
OMG!!!! Nom Nom.

I miss all the history lessons of the UK and Europe. Here in the States, you have to drive for days at times. But quite often, they're still worth it.

But we really don't have castles!
Except the ones imported over here, and while cool, it just isn't the same.

Righty, the time has come...
the drum-induced adrenalin is finally wearing off...
I am officially knackered!
Goodnight fellow shed-dwellers and sky-soarers!

May your dreams all come true.

My thoughts tonight, as I drift off to sleep, will be with my friends who have been going thru' the mill these last few days.
Stay strong. Remember the good times. And Don't forget to Look ahead to the even better ones!!
If you need a wee ear to listen, or a shoulder to cry on... I'm sure someone here will oblige!!! I'm off to bed!!! LOL

G'Night folks!

Here is one castle I have been to a couple of times in a neighboring State. The owner was an inventor who imported architectural pieces and other things from all over the world.

"This is the story of a childhood fantasy come to life. John Hays Hammond Jr., eccentric inventor, built his boyhood dream. A medieval castle on the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Inside the castle is the skull of one of Christopher Columbus' crewmen, vanishing doors, a room that rains, and a whole lot more."
