There was a combination of two herbs that worked wonders to minimize cold symptoms and the duration. One was Echinacea and I don't remember the other. They worked wonders. They sell the combo in stores around here, or at least they used to. I haven't had a cold in years. O f course do some research if mixing herbs with prescription meds if you are on any. Don't worry Darlin', your cold won't last forever and before you know it, you'll feel like a new man.
