Space buffs may be interested to know that they can now follow Roscosmos, the Russian space agency on Instagram:

instagram.com...

UFO fans might want to scrutinize the photos taken from space for unidentified objects. You can't claim that these photos were censored by NASA!

Thanks. Russian is my first language, so there's bound to be some interesting tidbits to read. Like for example, they describe the smell of space as similar to smell you get by striking two pieces of flint together.

I read American astronauts saying space smelled like old metal.
They could perceive the odor when they would get back inside from a spacewalk, after refilling the airlock with air.

Which makes sense since most of the fine particles in earth orbit are silicates, iron and carbon.
